2.1 : I've held the position of Under Deputy in all gangs so I know how to aid with gang events.
When I was in gangs I took the lead in store robberies and other activities. I am ready to show my leadership skills and make this Gang one of the active gang again.

1: I have experience on the both side as i reached 28th rank in LEO's and I also served as Lt.General but gang life always felt like home to me and blood is the only org i truly want to lead .
2: I served as Deputy of both bloods and Vagos so i already understand how leadership works from the inside and i know exactly what to do and what to avoid . Due to this i have more IC Knowledge as i was being part of so many situations .

My advice for improving roleplay is to teach new players the rules and to do more events such as being in ghetto 1 gun store and many 24/7 store robbery each day clands bs fz and doing these such events with great RP always I also think to better the role play is to do store robberyβs or hostage situations in different locations instead of ghetto all the time for better RP.

2.1 - I want to be the leader because I think I have the abilities, patience, and dedication to run a gang. I think being a leader is more than just giving orders. It's likewise about solving problems and keeping members active and motivated. My goal is to make Blood Street one of the most active gangs on the server.
2.2 - I lead in a way that is organized, fair, and focused on communication. I think that everyone in the gang should feel important and know what their job is.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 : I want to become leader of bloods as I have gained experience in every gang and serverd as high command in every gang. Now I want to gain a new experience by being a leader and I think bloods will be the best as we all know blood gang is all time best and I will try my best to enhance the legacy of bloods.
2.2 : Want to make my term the best gang term ever and for that I have many friends from top families, previous gang leaders and deputies who will help me to make my term the best, keeping it super active 24/7, also they will guide me by which chances of rule breaking will be less. I will also keep a pretty decent bonus system by which my gang members will be motivated to do gang activities and we can dominate whole Los Santos.
2.3 : I want to terrorise whole city that everyone should think multiple times before coming to ghetto especially leos, I will make sure no one would pass ghetto alive and leos ghetto patrolling will fail every time. I will unite whole gang organization and will do possible events together by which we can dominate leos everytime in everyway. For doing all these I think blood gang is the best as ghetto start from the bloods!! I will try me best to make my term the best and most dangerous.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1) I have many creative ideas to organize events in new locations and try to create tough situations which will be fun for both leos and gang.
2) I will not allow any kind of toxicity in my gang as I have seen many situations and gangs ruined cause of their toxic people.
3) I won't allow favouritism. I will give ranks to deserving people who will show their activities in gang.
4) I will also hire new people to the gang and teach them roleplay from the gang side by which they will have fun and chances of rule break will be less

2.1 I would like to be the leader of this organization because I have always wanted to be the leader somewhere, I would like to prove that someone like me can reach the top and that our gang can be the best!
2.2 The second reason is because the Bloods as an organization has always been close to my heart because of the color red that I like, red has always been my color and I have always wanted to be the leader in it.
2.3 As a third reason I would put my strengths and weaknesses, most of my strengths are good and they are, for example, that in dangerous and tense situations I am calm and composed, knowing the rules and shooting well, and the weaknesses are that I am sometimes online for a short time and that I like everything to be right
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 The first piece of advice is that you would only include proven people who know the rules in the organization, the tests would be serious and not every person in the city would be able to enter.
3.2 In my gang there would be no payment for a higher rank, it doesn't matter if you just left the hotel or have been on the server since its creation, if you are arrogant and toxic towards others you will be treated the same!
3.3 I would improve RP a lot because I would create a lot of events, from GS and 24/7. I would force the people from my organization to always improve and always be present at those events, hostages would also be there so that my deputies and my people would get big bonuses!
3.4 Once we're past this, it could be Turf's turn, I would put together a turf team of experienced, skilled and smart people, I would join them if there was ever a shortage, but most of my people that I've known for a long time would be there.
3.5 As a last piece of advice, I would like to say that I want everyone who sees the Bloods to be scared and intimidated by how strong we are and how no one is even close to us in that rank.
