A-I am playing Grand RP for long time now mean while i experienced a lot such as working in organizations as a high command and leading gangs as a Deputy Leader and Being a Leader of an unofficial organization i feel like now i should try something new such as becoming an Admin and help others.

Honestly, I enjoy RP a lot and I have spent a good amount of time building my character and being part of different situations. But after, I started noticing that I enjoy helping people and making sure things run smoothly just as much as i can. There have been times where situations got confusing or unfair, and I felt like I could help if I had the authority to.
What are your strengths?
One of my main strengths is that I stay calm even in stressful or heated situations. And I try to think before I react. I also make sure to listen to both sides before making any kind of judgment, because I know there’s usually more than one perspective. I’m also active, so I can be around when people actually need help.
What are your weaknesses?
One of my weaknesses is that I sometimes overthink situations, especially when I want to be as fair as possible. That can make me take a bit longer to come to a decision.

Answers:

1 --> I think its enough to having RP life in the state. Its my 6th year in this city. I entered the city at 2020. I want to make some changes in my RP Life and want to try admin side. There is a lot of Turkish citizens and admins in this project. I want to help innocent citizens in this city. I want to join the admin team, experience it and I want to help all people in the state and the admin team with my knowledge. Thats all in city side. In forum side also there is a lot of Turkish and other language persons we have. I also want to help them in the forum side. I want to help them with my fair side, without judging anyone unfairly.

2 --> I am intelligent and forward-thinking. I can thought how situations will go. I have strong leadership skills. I am available both IC and OOC someone needs or requests it.

3--> What I'm about to say right now might seem like a very ordinary trait that anyone has, but I have a problem trusting people.
I am always trusting people and always I am getting bad things after that but I'm not losing my hope !
Last one maybe , I can get a little annoyed when people are in the wrong and start shouting and not listening to me. But I can handle that.

1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave rp life?
I played more than 2500hours as a civilian and as a law enforced officer, I love to be a LEO but after 2000hours I got enough, I want more, a more active "job". Thats why I decited to make my application to the admin team. I decited to be a serious admin. This is my "2nd life", I spend more time with grand rp than my real life, I like to play that game and thats's why I want to combine the playing and the working(Helping peopel).I feel the server is groving and thats why its need more staff(admin) who can make that city playable and safe for the newbies and for the players too.
2.What are your strengths?
2.1.I want and I can learn new thing. I know in the beginning I need to learn new things and spend more time in front of my computer but this is why I want to be an admin to learn new thing and to utilize that things in practice.
2.2.I have the skill to comunicate with peopel and understand them. I spend soooo much time in legal org and I learned in my body, I need to understand the peopel and think like them.
2.3.I can work in team. I know its a "necessary skill" to be an admin, you are making decisions together. I am a persone who can build a comunity. I know when can I be funny and when can I be seriues.
2.3.I was the leader of the SAHP and I did my job very well, I tested myself as a leader and those exepiences can help me how the be a good admin.
3.What are your weaknesses?
Overthinking-When I am doing somthing I overthink, usually I check something more than 1 times and when I did something I also check it. I mean e.g. I make a thread I check it 2 time when I create it and after the I post it and check it again.
4.What skills can you bring to the admin team?
4.1.I like to organize think and I like to do my job properly, If I get some experience and you tell me I'm good as an admin I can teach the other new administratos how to start their carrier like a professional senior admin.
4.2.I can make cases with hungarian peopel, There are soooo much Hungarian peopel who play this game and I can help them in the forum and in the game also.(for example:a video is in hungarian and there is OOC insultation I can translate it)
5.Will you be ready to sell your business?
Yes I am, I dont have any kind of buisness.

Nothing.

I know I am only 17 years old, but "The age is just a number", I can be a Very Good and a valuable admin who is doing his job properly and humbly.
