- I want to be the leader of the National Guards because I am a strong leader and a good decision maker. I always make fair decisions and make sure that every member of the National Guard is properly guided. I also have a lot of experience, such as being Lt. General and Deputy Governor for two terms under Mr. Julius Leon, so I know how an organization works from the inside.

2.2 - I want to improve teamwork and organization within The National Guards. As a leader, my goal is to create a environment where members know their responsibilities and works together smoothly. I will focus on training and unity.

I want to be the NG leader because I want to use my skills and vision to lead a team well and make a difference. The NG stands for friendship, professionalism, and dedication for me.
These values are very important to me personally.
As General of the Army, I can not only pass on my experience and knowledge but also ensure that the entire organization acts with motivation.
I find the challenge of leading my own small team interesting.
I care a lot about the team's health, and I always enjoy encouraging others.
I want to be a leader that people can trust, who listens, understands the staff, and takes part in events and other activities.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
a) Collaboration with the EMS for medical support:
To enhance realism, I would like to bring the EMS to the FZ (presumably a training facility) every two weeks or so to assess staff, sell medications or insurance, or update medical reports. Furthermore, the EMS will also train the Combat Medics to provide them with essential medical expertise.

b) Fostering initiative and creativity: I want to encourage soldiers to contribute their own suggestions and ideas. This will allow every member of the National Guard to contribute to building and maintaining the NG, and strengthen collaboration and close relationships with staff.

c) Operational and press reports:
I want to publish reports about our operations and successes to clearly demonstrate the work we do.

d) Professionalism:
It is important to me that our soldiers take their duties seriously, act professionally, and clearly prioritize RP over Gambo. Respectful interaction with other organizations and fellow soldiers is paramount.

e) Employee of the Week:
Each department head can appoint an employee of the week every Saturday. This person gets to wear their own outfit (appropriate!!) for one week and receives a bonus payment.

I've poured my heart and soul into this project for over three years now, and during that time, I've hit quite a few milestones and gathered a wealth of experience across various organizations. My journey has led me through a range of leadership roles, from being the Assistant Chief of Police in the LSPD to serving as COS in the SAHP, and even taking on the roles of Head of Internal Affairs and OO-Agent in the FIB. I also had the honor of being a District Court Judge in the Government. More recently, I took the reins as the Director of the USSS, served as Minister of State under the DOE, and was the Warden/Director of the DOC. I’ve also made a mark in EMS as a Legal Advisor and Chief of HR. Just to top it all off, I wrapped up five terms with the National Guard, where I proved myself as one of the most committed NG commandos.
Throughout this journey, I've not only honed my leadership skills but also gained a profound understanding of how different departments collaborate to keep everything in balance. My time in the NG has opened my eyes to both its strengths and the hurdles it faces. I've noticed how the NG can sometimes be misunderstood or undervalued, and I'm determined to change that narrative. As a leader in the NG, my goal is to not only fortify our ranks internally but also to educate the city on the true worth of the National Guard. We’re more than just soldiers; we’re protectors, leaders, and the backbone of security during crises. I want to showcase the discipline, unity, and strength of the NG, helping everyone see just how powerful and essential this department really is.

3. What I Bring as a Leader

1. Military Police (MP)

I’m committed to ensuring that law, order, and base security are upheld around the clock.
My leadership approach will emphasize active patrols, checkpoints, and a strong sense of discipline to keep both our members and the community safe. I envision this department as the backbone of our organization’s growth.

3. National Operations (Nat-Ops)

I’ll take charge of strategic missions, special ops, and high-risk tasks with careful planning and coordination.
My aim is to transform Nat-Ops into a department where members feel both challenged and rewarded. We won’t just be doing the same old missions; instead, we’ll engage in dynamic roleplay operations that keep everyone involved and excited. This will elevate the prestige and respect of our organization as a whole.

4. Air Force

I’ll establish a professional, well-trained air unit that’s always ready to respond swiftly to emergencies, conflicts, or national threats.
I’ll make sure our pilots are well-trained, licensed, and trustworthy, turning the Air Force into a true shield of the skies. Beyond combat, I plan to utilize the Air Force for transport, rescues, and national defense roleplay, making it more active and enjoyable.

Being in High Command isn’t just about having a title; it’s about how I lead and support my team. I always strive to lead by example, whether that means joining missions, helping train new recruits, or overseeing operations across our various departments. I make it a priority to understand each area Military Police, Human Recruitment & Training, National Ops, and the Air Force—so I can grasp what each team needs to thrive. Communication is key for me; I ensure that I explain my decisions clearly, listen to feedback, and treat everyone with fairness. Promotions, awards, and any disciplinary actions are always transparent and based on effort and performance. I also value teamwork and morale. I make it a point to recognize achievements, organize events, and keep roleplay challenging yet enjoyable. When things get hectic, I remain calm and focus on making fair decisions, delegating responsibilities, and maintaining control. Leadership is a journey for me, so I encourage mentorship, review our systems, and seek ways to enhance the roleplay experience for everyone. Ultimately, I aim to strike a balance between discipline and enjoyment, ensuring that people feel motivated, respected, and excited to be part of the organization. Experience and Proven Leadership

I believe leadership is earned through actions , experience and outcomes. I have worked in high-stakes environments throughout my career, having served as the Governor of the 25th Term, through which I acquired skills related to decision making, management, and leadership under pressure. I think that this can benefit the National Guard also I being working in NG as high command + 3 time LT. General for all successful term .
National Guard is My Home Organization
This is an area that I began my career and from where I gained knowledge about discipline, organization, teamwork, and military role-playing. I have great affinity towards this group and know about the things that need to be improved here.
Create a respected, active, and elite National Guard
It is my objective to ensure that the National Guard becomes active, honourable, and elite through the reinstatement of mechanisms such as Court Martial, City Patrols, training, and discipline.


3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization :

I have developed a plan to improve the overall ability of members of the National Guard, both from the perspective of service quality and professionalism, and by improving their ability to act in accordance with their training.
Military Training/Drills
Improved the quality and value of training to ensure that each member had undergone an effective practical training programme, for example, in the areas of tactical training and combat operations, security plans for hostage situations, protecting convoys and securing bases. This has resulted in the National Guard being a highly disciplined and professionally prepared organisation.
Motivated and Qualified Recruitment
In recruiting suitable candidates for service with the National Guard, my focus was to find candidates who have both high levels of enthusiasm and intellect. In doing this, I was able to recruit both qualified individuals who understood their roles, as well as individuals who are proud to be in the National Guard. In addition, I sought to recruit candidates who not only had the abilities to perform their roles, but were passionate about the roles they were filling. Each successful candidate underwent comprehensive, high-quality training and coaching, designed to provide each individual with the confidence, clarity and commitment to perform their roles with enthusiasm.
Military Action/Activities
I have conducted and managed numerous large-scale military operations that included; routine patrols, establishment and deployment of control points, movement of hazardous materials and armaments, rapid deployment of units in response to a threat, and conducting overt operations on a citywide scale, all of which supported effective outcomes in all military and civilian operations.
Re-implementation of Court Martial System
I believe that one of the most significant components of the military role play system is the court martial, which for many service members has been neglected as it relates to imposing real consequences for the misconduct, insubordination, desertion or any other improper acts within a military organisation.​

I want to become the leader of Nation guard because this organization has one of the most important responsibility in the state since i was young i have always been connected with the military because my uncle was a senior officer in army i always listen to his stories about discipline and how much it is important to protect the state these story slowly make my interest towards military service and leadership

In my opinion i think Role Play inside the nation Guard will improve when soldier clearly understand what they need to do Instead of standing at the base because of this my first step will be to organize regular military training So my Soldiers Gain confidence during real operation i would also make more coordination with other state orgs like FIB SAHP And Government As Joint Operations Help Soldier understand there role on bigger scale i will also improve high command structure so Everything inside organization stays clears i believe that promotions should Should always depend on performance and activity when soldiers see fairness no favoritism they stay motivated and participate more in NG activity and Events at last i would say every department should understand there works Which will Make a huge difference on RP Inside National Guard

4. My Departments


A. Air Force
The Air Force department will handle aerial operations including surveillance air support and rapid response missions It ensures fast transportation of units during emergency situations This Department provides advantage by monitoring movements from the sky It also supports ground forces during operations Overall it maintains speed and control in critical situations.

B. Military Police
Military Police will be responsible for maintaining discipline within National Guard bases This department also handles rule of enforcement and misconduct situations Their main role is to keep order and discipline inside the organization

C. Human Resource Training
Human Resources manages recruitment interviews and selection of new soldiers This department also monitors activity and performance of soldiers It deals with fairness in promotions They also provide basic training and guidance to new recruits to prepare them for service.

D. Special Operation Forces
(SOF) always ready to attend global event and always standby to attends events.
They Are Always standby to ensure quick participation in events. They play Key Role in Nation Guard (NG)

e. Public Relation

2.1 The first and most important reason is my desire to raise discipline and professional standards within the NG. I believe that organization like the National Guard must be an example of seriousness, responsibility and teamwork on the server. As a leader, I along with my deputies will actively monitor the activity of the whole organization including operations and distributing tasks with respect to the positions and abilities they hold in a way that each member is fully aware of their tasks. I will be tracking all the activities or operations carried out, keeping favoritism out of the organization. I will also organize training so that soldiers constantly work on improving their overall skill development and are always ready for constant challenges against trespasser in the presence/absence of the employers.

2.2 I have served as lt.General (29) in NG,LSPD term (Frank bellic’s term) as a deputy and while my presence I helped the General to help max with the activity and made NG the most active org of the time. Helping him through his complete term. I have maintained the very good relation across the state with almost every leader of the state. I have been worked as Advisory board that gives me understanding of the Departments.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.


3.1 High Commands (HC) will be responsible for coordinating all units in the organization and supervising the overall work of the organization including the coordination with other legal organizations in the absence of the employers. We will plan major operations, assign tasks to every units, and make key strategic decisions. In case of crisis situations High Command will lead emergency Situation and ensures that each operation is successfully carried out. The members part of the working command team will be experts in the rules and procedures off/in the organization respect the state and internal hierarchy and make decisions according to the requirements of the RP meetup.

3.2 I will personally look into the actions carried out in each operation and we will provide full support to the organization in order to boost out their work efficiency through regular supervision of the activity of each member. I will work on establishing new procedures, protocols and strategies so that the my soliders will be ready for any type of operations and challenging situations. i will be motivating my members and improve team cooperation in order to achieve extreme results in all missions. I will look into the existing methods and work procedures and improve while keeping decorum and professionalism in reflection for members and their bond they make with their mates.

3.2 (i) Weekly meetings and planning with all soliders where we would analyze the activity of the organizations and improve if required.

3.2 (ii) Cooperation with other organizations Every two weeks we will organize meetings with other state organizations to improve security and more efficient law enforcement.

3.3 Curently, One major issue within state organizations is unnecessary conflicts between departments. Instead of working together they make the toxic situations. We will build a Good relationships with other state organizations. We wil not tolerate any kind of favoritism everyone will get they deserve according to there activity and work.

Human Resource Department
(HRT)

This Department is the so-called backbone of the National Guards. It is responsible for handpicking the best to make the best in the city and even turning Civilians into Deadly Soldiers by Providing them High Quality Training.

Elite Airborne Division
(EAD)

This Department consists of NG’s most skilled/professional pilots. These are responsible for moving soldiers to global situations and for airborne patrols to make sure that NG is safe and sound.

Operation Task Force
(OTF)

It is one of the most powerful departments of NG as these men are supposed to handle internal conflicts among the soldiers, they ensure the perfect transportation of suspects to the DOC and even regular license checks and vehicle checks from making it clean within the organization.

Armoured Division Regiment
(AD)

This Department consists of NG’s Main Gate Defence Units. It is a very crucial department as it ensures gatekeeping by professional shooters.It has access to all the heavy vehicles and they are the ones who are also responsible for protection for the General.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I want to Become the leader of Nation Guard because this organization has one of the most important responsibilities in the state since i was young i have always been connected with the military because my uncle served as senior officer in the army i grew up listening to his experiences about discipline and how important it is to protect the state during difficult situations those stories slowly built my interest towards military service and leadership. When i entered the city and started my journey inside state organizations i realized that national guard is not just another faction it is the backbone of state security during emergencies and large operations this is the organization that supports when situations become serious because of this i always wanted to become party of nation guard leadership one day my goal is not only to manage soldiers but to guide them the same way experienced officers guided me during my journey i want to create an environment where soldiers feel disciplined confident and ready to respond in any situation i also believe that national guard has the strongest potential to become the most respected state organization when leadership stays active and fair with everyone
that is why i want to take responsibility for leading this organization and building a term that people remember as professional Organized and reliable

3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

In my opinion Role-Play level inside nation guard improves when soldiers clearly understand their responsibilities and feel involved in daily operations instead of only standing at the base because of this my first step would be to organize regular military trainings such as convoy protection exrcises base defense simulations and emergency response to situations so soldiers gain confidence during real operations i would also introduce more coordination activities with other state organizations like LSPD Fib And
government Joint operations help soldiers understand their role in larger situations and make role play feel more realistic and professional Another important improvement would be strengthening the high command structure so communication inside the organization stays clear and fast when leadership is organized soldiers automatically perform better during operations i also believe promotions should always depend on performance and activity when soldiers see fairness in leadership they stay motivated and participate more actively in faction events At last i would encourage regular internal meetings and planning sessions so every department understand its duties this helps create a decipline military environment and improves overall Roleplay inside National Guard.

4. My Departments


1.Human Resources Department (HR)-
This department will be responsible for recruitment interviews and soldier evaluations their duty will be to select disciplined and active members who are serious about serving inside Nationul guard HR will also monitor activity levels and help maintain stability inside the organization by supporting soldiers in their early ranks.

2. Training & Development Department (T&D)
This department will focus on preparing soldiers for real situations through regular trainings such as base defense simulations convoy protection exercises and emergency response preparation Their role will be to make sure every soldier understands how to react professionally during operatians

3.Operations Department (OPS)
The Operations Department will manage military deployments convoy escorts weapon supply coordination and support during large-scale state situations This department will ensure National Guard stays ready for action whenever assistance is required by Government, LSPD, SAHP or FIB.

4. Internal Affairs Department (IA)
Internal Affairs will monitor discipline inside the organization and make sure rules are followed equally by everyone. Their responsibility will be to maintain fairness prevent misuse of authority and protect the professional environment of National Guard.

5. Public Coordination Department (PCD)
This department will strengthen cooperation between National Guard and other state organizations by organizing joint operations and communication planning. Their goal will be to improve teamwork between departments during emergencies and city-wide situations

I believe that I have gained enough experience over time to take a leadership role in an organization. Being part of many organizations I have learned that how to manage large Units, maintain strong relationships, and handle difficult situations, including threats and internal challenges. Serving as the Assistant General of the Army, a role equivalent to the Directorate General, has given me a deeper knowledge of how systems works and how to manage responsibilities at a higher level. Because of this, I’m confident in my ability that I can lead National Guard properly.

(B) From my experience as a former member of the National Guard, I have also seen several issues that need to be solved. For example, delays in bonus distribution often causes lack of interest among soldiers, arbitrary hiring within the HRT department, which leads to unprofessionalism. Proper background checks by the Military Police are sometimes lacking, and there are shortages of soldiers during ammo runs. Additionally, the south and north, are not adequately covered. These are just a few of the challenges, but they are important ones. If I get a chance then I will solve this problems.

(C) Another concern is that the National Guard hasn’t been as active in the city as it should be. This lack of activity directly affects the ammunition supply system, which is critical for all law enforcement agencies. Ensuring that every organization receives proper candy would be one of my key priorities.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

(A) My first advice is to remove Arbitary Hiring and to introduce some strict rules while hiring. While appointing or promoting someone only his activeness is seen but according to a security guard will be a security guard no matter how much time he works the main point here is how much he knows about the organization and the state.

(B) A organization does not only runs with a leader or deputy leader the person who makes the term active is the soldiers and other employee thats why we have to hold thier interest in the organization and for that bonus a very important factor. That's why I think by giving regular bonus we can improve the RolePlay level in organization.

(C) In Organization lack of RolePlay is seen due to lack of knowledge that if a got a chance to lead Naional Guard then I will conduct weekly classes on legislation and other rules which will be done by HRT and SOF respectively.

(D) I think weekly meeting can also improve the level of RolePlay in organization. By conducting weekly meeting we can solve he problems of soldiers and teach them which is wrong and which is right.

(E) Giving punishment and action according to the labour code can improve the RolePlay level in organization. For that I will appoint the head of HRT and MP who has good knowledge about Labour Code.

(2a) I want to lead the National Guard because I have a lot of experience in the National Guard and I have worked under many leaders.I have seen and understood many problems and to a large extent I have solved those problems and I have also experienced many problems so that in the coming time I can tackle them very well.Which will help the National Guard to improve its performance in the coming term.

(2b) Conflicts B/W orgs Many times our relationships with other organizations get spoiled.Which is very bad, such a National Guard, our duty is to protect the state and not to fight with other state organizations which help us.I have to work on that issues so that the conflicts that arise between us and the state organization never happen and we both can work together smoothly.


(2c) Motivation I believe that motivation helps a person to utilize his full potential.We will work to ensure that our soldiers receive motivation and encouragement so that they attend every single event so that they can utilize their bonuses and their personnel and do not face any problems and remain active and dedicated to their duty.


(3) Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.


(3a) Training Our soldiers do not get proper training which creates frustration and they break many rules. So my priority would be to have the best HR system in my organization So that they get the knowledge and training they deserve.

(3b) favoritism As I have experienced, many times there is favouriteism in organisations due to which the deserving people do not get the rights they deserve. So, I want to end favouriteism so that such a leader gets his rights according to his knowledge and experience.

(3c) Bonus & events Many times our soldiers get a little bored of doing gate watching and other work, so for them sometimes we host events in our own Ng base which will be only for NG soldiers, they will participate in it, they will get prizes, they will be entertained a bit, which will create more curiosity in them to do work.

(3d) candy supplies i have seen in the term that many times the warehouse are empty due to which candy is not delivered on time and the organization have to face problems for candy so i will make a system through candy will be delivered to every organization on time so that they can focus on the other works.

(3e) Promotion & internal meeting Along with the weekly promotion ceremony, I will also be holding an internal meeting with the entire unit to take their suggestions, listen to their problems and see what more we can do to improve NG.

i heartly like to take the leadership of National Guard as general, National guard is a like a security of San Andreas, in the map and a network of grith it is a secret location, Which shows top base of San Andreas, and gives security to San Andreas so, i wanna make it as secret organization from criminals, and i wanna help other legal orgs by providing Ammunation and security to them. it's been a decad to have activeness.... as i have a top rank or post after the first person from past 7 terms as 28 rank holder so this time i wanna make it as 30th rank as general to take the leadership of National Guard, i wanna make it as top most active organization ever made, by taking experience members and making as team lead's to them and teaching good newbie to take legal experience starting from National Guard... to make them next leaders and representative's



2.2: i have quite experience as assistant general (28) All dept in 7 terms and I have been very experienced in national guard now I am capable for a leader and I have a quality's of leadership which I have learn from being a Lt general (TEMP) and deputy in unofficial organization so, I can perform my term with a good response... till today national guard had performed badly as per last past terms some what growing of national guard we are seeing... now i wanna make national guard as like most active organization from other legal orgs.

When i came to City as newbie I have a dream that to become a leader now I am capable for this, and everyone knows that the ng is the security and Backbone of the San Andreas

My main goal is to bring energy and consistency into the National Guard. A lot of National Guard members lose interest when National Guard activities become repetitive or inactive. I have built my journey in the National Guard from the ground up. 2.1) NG is one of the most important organizations because it provides security to the state of San Andreas against terrorism. And for our candy runs every Leo Organizations are always full guns and ammos because of it we can win every Robbery and Events.

2.2) I have spent huge amount of time as a Leo and my achievements were Chief of Staff in LSPD, Chief of EMS, Temp term as General of NG, Assistant Director of UC in FIB. Now I feel i should step up and take Leadership. And also apply my ideas in the best way possible for my organization.

2.3) I want to take up the Leadership and protect the sovereignty and integrity of the Organization and make sure no Gang or Evaders take us lightly because we are San Andreas National Guard.

3) Your advice for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1) I will focus on delivering ammunition to the Leo Organizations and be ready to perform Candy Run whenever required by the state. As a Temp term General, you can see my progress of how I took control and solved the ammo shortages.

3.2) I will make sure any type of misbehavior/unprofessionalism in Department Radio will lead to Disciplinary Action based on the situation. This will help to purify the toxicity in Departmental Radio.

3.3) I will take test and place meeting with all NG Officials regarding Role-Play and their duties and responsibilities while performing proper standards of RP to prevent any Fail RP situation or any other Server Rule breaks.

3.4) My SOF Team will attend Special Events and also make sure and they provide bodycams. In this way we can show every citizens now much NG has changed.

3.5) I will also try to perform frequent weekly giveaways from my pocket, so that members will be in more time working for the organization.

3.6) I will eliminate any type of favoritism and will take strict actions against it, depending upon the seriousness of the activity.
