1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I want to become an admin and leave RP-life because:
   i) I have played enough and gained experience in GrandRP.
   ii) I want to work alongside the other admins to maintain proper RP for other players in the server.
   iii) I will help newbies to know more about the server like its rules, how to do roleplay and also how to earn money as a beginner etc.
   
   
2. What are your strengths?
   Quick decision, fast learner, patience and ability to work in a team and under pressure.
   
   
3. What are your weaknesses?
   I sometimes over-explain things. When someone breaks a rule, I tend to spend a bit too much time making sure they understand exactly why it is wrong instead of just handing out the punishment and moving on.
   
   
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
   As an admin:
   i) I will make sure that admin requests in game are handled as soon as possible.
   ii) Will do any work before time handed to me by my senior admins and wont do any mistakes.
   iii) Will make sure that forums and tickets in game are handled as fast as possible.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
1. I have been playing as a part of this project for more than two years and I feel I have gained much knowledge by roleplaying in various organizations and in RP situations. I feel that I could contribute more by stepping up as an admin and help the new players and make a good environment for their roleplay by providing them the guidance which the administrators have been providing from the start of the server.

What are your strengths?
I am consistent in carrying out responsibilities which I can prove through my work, and usually I adapt to the changes whenever needed.
I am disciplined in my behavior towards other and usually communicate with clarity.


What are your weaknesses?
Usually I am a overthinker, so whenever I make any mistake it usually haunts me out and it does affect me in terms as a person.
Secondly, I have face many betrayal so I have some bit of trust issues, but I hope it does not affect my terms as an admin.

   - I wanna help other player in their RP journey and try my best to elevate their RP experience. After 3 years in Grand RP I think i have gained enough experience about the city and about every organizations here.
