• No favoritism every member will be treated equally and judged based on their actions and performance.

• Active participation in all events including Exp subs, FZ raids, store robberies, gun store robberies,Clands, and other activities to keep the organization strong and engaged.

1. i want to be a families leadership to make a families active as i dont see much activities as a gang have to do and i am too much enjoying in gang and decided to take a term and enjoy much with my friend, also i am a under deputy in bloods right now.
2. Players are only giving rank to their friend. If you dont have friend at high rank you cant get promoted for higher ranks. But im gonna promote players that attend events and know server rules. So everyone will get promoted by his/her affords. Everyone will be treated equal.
3rd When i started to play GrandRP i didnt want to join org because i was afraid of the going demorgon. New player might be feel samething so i wanna make them feel comfort to join gangs. They will learn server rules and ghetto rules and gain experience without breaking rules.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1st I will talk with other gangs and unofficial familes to fight againts to LEOs outside of the ghetto. We gonna be rival with others gangs at ghetto but they gonna be our ally to againts LEOs. So we can show them hood rules > constitution.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I want to be the leader of Families because Im already been a deputy in Bloods, Bunta, and Vagos, and I completed all my terms successfully. Now I feel ready to try something new and take the responsibility as a leader. Also, this gang is one of the best in the city, and it has always had a special place in my heart.

2.2 I want to show the city that Families isn t just a normal gang, it’s one of the most dangerous in the city. I’m ready to take that responsibility, and I believe I can lead the ghetto just like I did before with the other gangs.

2.3 I will lead Families with fairness and respect. Promotions will be given based on effort and performance, not personal relationships. No one will get special treatment, even my friends.

2.4 The green color of Families represents loyalty, strength, and unity, and i m ready to fully represent these values at the highest level.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 I can as Families Leader improve the RolePlay Level by playing clean roleplay without any mistakes.

3.2 Also I will try to hire professional Deputies, and I will build a Turf Team that can protect us in hard events. They will also aim to achieve 100% turfs.

3.3 I will play at max RP to enjoy immersive roleplay situations and make RP more fun and engaging, which will help newcomers enjoy the illegal side.

3.4 Improving RP starts with good communication, respect for rules, realistic behavior, and teamwork.

3.5 I will control all events and avoid rule breaks. Also, I will invite players only after interviews to ensure safety and quality.
