This journey helped me understand how different factions work from the inside. Through this experience, I have learned how to handle different situations, deal with players properly, and stay disciplined. It also helped me understand the server rules better, and I believe this will help me perform well as an admin.

I also make sure to listen to both sides before making any kind of judgment, because I know there’s usually more than one perspective.    - I have a strong desire to help other players in their RP experience which will evemtually lead to a better experience for players. I have the knowledge and experience that can make me a competent administrator. I am interested in taking up a challenge as I want to experience something different and as I have been a player for some while. My aim will be to improve the RP quality.    Ans : Having well knowledge about the roleplay by being in this RP since a long time has inspired me to become a Admin and provide help and knowledge to the new people who are actually new and trying to understand the rules, My aim and only mark for becoming a helperis to improve the understanding and make the roleplay more easier any knowledgeable for each and every person facing problem regarding their issue.My skills and ambition to perform a role as a server helper will let others also know about the rules in easiest manner to improve role play in understanding manner.Regardless of the ooc issue which are faced with most of the people having a good knowledge about both legal and illegal organizations will let me help the issues regarding the matter which are mostly in my possible way to fix if necessary for myself.

   Ans: I loose patient if someone does wrong thing for a long time and keep repeating, never trust anyone,i take small things seriously and take action on it, somecase for nervousness i forgot to speak english properly (but trying to improve it) ,

   Ans:I have spent almost 2 years in this RP server, and in these 2 years I have gained experience from every organization, gang, and every little thing, and now I feel that I can become an admin.

   Ans: (i)Yes, I have experience too as an admin in other RP projects and I have picked up some good things there in addressing in game issues, player issues, and creating the game world safe and enjoyable.

   Because I have been playing grand rp for 5years+ and I have almost experienced everything. Now I want to use my Rp life experiences to help the admin team.

   I think that to be an administrator you have to be a great player first. The time I spent playing in the role play community was really helpful. It taught me how to deal with people and their problems. I learned how to solve arguments in a way not just by saying what to do. Role play community is where I learned to care about what players think and feel. Being a player is important to be a great administrator.
