2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) So after taking multiple legal organisation experience now I wanna be leader of LSPD to gain leadership experience of legal organisation also I want to know about how legal organisation leadership gonna be good for me as I am really want to make LSPD more professional as i saw multiple times that LSPD was not much professional which really important for org and secondly I want to make most active not only active i want to make active and professional these time also with proper RP .
2) if i got the leadership i will not gonna do any fevoritisom so everyone will get fair chances like for hiring anyone I will not gonna do any fevoritisom the hiring will be properly with proper interview also will make fair for all not only these i will try to do daily traning period for all units so basically evryone will learn about LSPD ...
3) After all these in my term i will try to make night time active also basically people not attending nights event so I will make night time also active with professional units so basically all time our memeber will attend all events and i will make most active term that it and many more plans I have I will do in my term ...
