I joined EMS on 06/05/2026 at 16:48 and today 07/05/2026 at 07:48 all of a sudden I was asked on the radio to return the vest by Aryan Uchiha (ID: 72162) and then, even before I could return the vest, I was fired by somebody while I was in uniform on duty at Med-Labs. I was not provided by any IC reason by any high command and also there was no proper firing procedures done. They didn't even bother to take my org vest back before firing me, thus I had to transfer it to another employee after I was fired.

The main reason I am making this report is I was fired without any proper IC reason provided, which I believe is not allowed as the org has to provide an IC reason for firing someone from the org.
