Life Story: Born in a hot summer day in the midle of Athens in 91, Festan was an only son. He had the best caring mother and the best father, when Festan was born the times where good back then, but Festan had a health problem he was born with kidney problems,his parents really wanted to cure him and spent all of their fortune in his well being and all the love they could give him,all went good and as they picked the bst doctors from india and germany .The toll was that they Festans's family had no money by the time he was about to start going to school. Festan was send to school always with a torn backpack and just a few drachmas(old greek money before euro) he had to walk more than 5 klm on his own because his parents was always working to reach the school complex near a bad reputation area.He only had troubles in school coz he had no friends and he was always bullied for his kind and unique way of talking for things.During the teenage years his parents had gaven him the world and during a visit to the doctor to check his condition they all had a car accident as his father was always tired from working 14 hour shifts.From this accident his father passed away and Festan was left with his Mother only to pay bills and to make it through life.Festan had to start working at a very young age and still try to make it out of school with good grades to make his mother proud.He always prayed to gods to help him with his life but that was not the case.After 5 years of his fathers death his mother was diagnosed with fast paced cancer in the brain.During the same time Festan had his first love,he tried to please them all.This was not possible as his mopther passed away and he whent into a deep depression and his girlfiend left him for a rich guy from the center of Athens .Festan had enough of that shit and he decided to grab life from the hair and let go of his old self.He went into the Greek Army Forces.He was trained as no remose killer in the division of Underwater Destruction Team and make it to the the fields of Irak as a private contractor with his own team for private companies. -From that moment on Festan was doing the one thing he knew how to do and was doing his hole life FIGHTING,He only wanted to make a diference in the world and to that he fights.When he heard from a fellow American soldier in Irak about the city of Los Santos he was really excited. He left everything back he gave all the money he had to a help for childrean foundation ,took with him nothing but a small back of clothes and something less than 1000$. Festan started to work as a taxi driver to get to know the city and there he came in contact with a really good person that informed him that the Nation Guard was in need of men .By that time he was awear of the bad condition in the city with the Gangs and the criminal acativity he knew that was his place to be the protector of the week and the damed he had nothing to loose but all to gain . He took an oath to never back down and to make everything in his hand to destroy evil in this city to make it the city of his dreams.
Career Story: Since Festan got recruited by National Guard, he like his dutied so that much that he was craving for more action, he was looking for every moment to try to proove himself to his higher ups to get a promotion so he can do more to help his city and answer to all kind of situations. After Festan hadmade it to the rank of Major he had seen enought to know already the enemy is from the inside as it is from the outside, his eyes was always open, he saw how San Adreas is corrupt to the bone and he wanted to fight the corruption, after many attempts to fight corrupt USSS/SAHP/LSPD/FIB he gave up trying to fight with legal means . Festan now knew ..he had to fight the enemy with his own weapons..Corruption ... He became corrupt ,as much as he didnt want to, so that he can work from the inside out and kill all those who wanted to harm his fellow comrades and friends .
Outcomes:
1:Festan can kill legally/ilegally to coverup evidence that can harm him,his friends,familly or Org. (no RDM, everything according to the RP rules)
2:Festan can search and destroy bodycam to avoid getting cough.t (try/me commands, 2 attempts to find it and 3 attempts to destroy it)(if bodycam is destroyed players footage cannot be used)
3:Festan can use different ways of getting informations out of people if he trully believes that he can find something, he can torture, use truth serum, treathen.
4:Festan can destroy evidence and frame people(do/try command)
5:Festan can use any legal or illegal weapon, painted or not.
6:Festan can get bribe, maximum bribe is 20000.
