Reason 1.
As per as leadership is concerned, I think gang particularly Blood Street Gang Should be more active as we are gangsters we should create fear among leos citizens coming in Ghetto or roaming on the highways ofcourse outside City , if I'll become leader I'll create fear among them .

I have worked in organizations like Ballas on the criminal side, and also held high-ranking positions in government organizations such as DHS Minister and DOC Minister, which are very responsible and demanding roles. From my past experience in gangs and my time observing from the police side, I believe Vagos still has a lot of untapped potential. Right now, the organization is not at the level it once used to be. With proper leadership, teamwork, discipline and active members, I am confident that I can help bring Bloods back to being one of the strongest and most respected gangs in the city.

some advantages of the Bloods headquarters is its location. Compared to many other gang HQs, it is situated in the middle of the city and except the other gang hqs it was located in such easy access area, which gives members faster access for activities and movement around the city.

1: To be very honest the only gang I would love to be leader of would be bloods and as a Rank 28 LEO in pretty much every ORG it’s starting to become repetitive and I really do love the gang side so why not and that is what’s ultimately led me to apply for this Leadership .



2: second of all I have been in gangs enough in my going on a year of my Rp life to fully understand what I have to do to have a great and successful term.



3: if we talk about my past exp in gangs I have been ex Deputy of Blood gang 2x which in my opinion doesn’t matter it’s more about your knowledge of IC and understanding the server Rules ranks have become more important than the the actual RP sadly to say instead of what really matters which really is about having fun and growing friendships and bonds however if I get a chance to become the leader of this org I will make it my sole goal to make it Active and fun for all.

1: The first thing and most important thing I will do to improve roleplay in organization is to make sure there is nothing but love and peace there will be no place for toxicity and favouritism in my org.

I want to be the leader of Bloods for a couple of reasons one
I really enjoy Gangster roleplay, I like to see people grow within the organization.
Bloods is about about teamwork responsibility and keeping the City Unsafe.
I worked in numerous legal Orgs and illegal Orgs learned the value of effective leadership.

I want to make Bloods more active and funful At times new members not only feel lost but bored as well.
I want to develop gangs trainings, interesting ghetto clapping and real-life role play scenarios so that all members
feel important and involved.

I feel like I can bring all the Criminal Gangs together and set it up in a structure where people know what they are doing

Organize events Conduct events for better roleplay.
Provide encouragement to realistic role play such as emergencies and operations etc

2.1 Leadership is not about position, it is about earning the trust and respect of each member. I have seen many organisations fail because of poor communication, poor activity, and poor direction. A leader must be able to remain calm under pressure, make fair decisions and always put the interests of the organisation first. I believe that my experience, dedication and leadership skills will allow me to effectively manage Bloods while maintaining activity, discipline and unity throughout the entire term.

2.2 I have played a large amount of time in gang roleplay since joining Grand RP, I have gained experience in many positions within gangs. These experiences helped me to learn how to manage members, organise operations, lead events and maintain strong teamwork. My work experience in leading positions has helped me to understand the importance of responsibility, communication and strategic planning. These skills have positioned me to lead Bloods effectively and to tackle any issues that may arise during the term.
