I would like to become an administrator because I enjoy helping players and contributing to the server beyond roleplay. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I have been playing RP for more than 2 years and during this time i always enjoyed helping other players, specially new ones that dont understand how the server works. I feel that becoming an admin will allow me to help the community in a better way and improve players experience whenever they need assistance. I also like solving problems and i think i can be useful to the team.


What are your strengths?

I am a good listener and i stay calm when dealing with people even in difficult situations. I always try to understand both sides before making a decision and i like finding solutions instead of creating more problems. I am also responsible, active and willing to learn.


What are your weaknesses?

Sometimes i spend more time than needed checking all the details before making a decision because i want to be sure i am doing the right thing. But over time i learned how to balance between being careful and acting quickly when needed.


What skills can you bring to the admin team?

Recently i noticed that during late night hours there is not always enough admins online and some situations need immediate assistance. Since i am active during those hours i can help cover that time and respond to players faster. I am always willing to learn from senior admins and improve my knowledge so i can do my job correctly.

   There are various reasons for this. For one, I would like to assist players in any way that I can when they require my help. Moreover, I feel that I will like to get a new type of experience.
   Finally, I believe that I have got enough of RP experience now.
2. What are your strengths?
   In terms of strengths on Grand RP, these are my thorough knowledge about the server's rules and my skills in generating and managing good quality roleplays.
   In real life, I possess good management skills as proven by my experience as Deputy Manager for four pharmacies and Hospital Administrator.
   Another area wherein I excel is problem solving, wherein I can easily recognize problems, find its core and discover its solutions. This allows me to properly assess personalities and behaviors of people, thus allowing me to resolve conflicts and communicate effectively.

   The weakness that I possess is that I can’t stand those who deliberately ruin or disobey the rule play of Grand RP. As for other areas of my life, I can hardly bear ignorance, corruption, or disrespect from other people.
