3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

i) In my past, I saw a lot of nepotism in the organization. Because of that, some agents with good experience did not get good ranks. Many of them felt ignored and left the organization. If I get the leadership position, I will make sure to provide rank properly based on experience and work. This would make agents more motivated and help the organization grow in a better way. (iii) I will make sure there is no Favouritism.

ii) As the leader of this important organization, I would try to reduce conflicts between all employees of other organizations and my organization during hostage situations, gunfights, robberies, and so on, because lately I have seen and heard everyone arguing and talking in unison. I also want to have excellent cooperation with other organizations because I need them very much to lead an active FIB .

(4) a fair promotion system

(5) i will make sure no one cant join the fib without a fair interview i don't want any rules break in my term

(6) as i said before you can make an active agents by being nice to them and i will listen to the opinions of people who aren't high-commands before I listen to the opinions of high-commands people.

(7) i will choose my head of departments wisely and i will make sure he can handle his department

(8) i will make an env that are comfy for everyone

(9) I will give everyone time and respond to their questions

(10) and i can tell FIB RP should becomes much better when investigations and i will make sure they will spend time collecting the evidence and monitoring criminal actictly

(11) i also believe that everyone should get a chance even if hes bad at the state org work so i will try my best to make sure the HR gonna give a traning for these new agents

2.1 I want FIB to be more than just extra manpower during raids I want it to be a federal agency. Intelligence gathering, long-term investigations, surveillance, undercover operations will be my main interests.

2.2 I have been around the government, legal and law-enforcement sectors. These Positions helped me to learn about leadership, how to work under pressure, how to deal with internal conflict and how to make decisions not based on favoritism. I will not leave it entirely to High Command, but will personally stay involved in the recruitment process, training, department performance, and major operations.

2.3 Performance, discipline, knowledge and consistency will be the basis for earning ranks. New agents will be given the guidance and field experience in a manner that will not be overlooked due to lack of connections. I want to establish a system that everyone knows what they are doing and how to develop themselves.

3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

3.1 Practical evaluations will be conducted by new agents while on patrol, arrest and investigation before giving them full responsibility.
3.2 Those members of the Reliable High Command in different time-zone will run FIB around the clock to avoid one time zone being neglected.
3.3 Misconduct, corruption, favoritism and abuse of authority will be considered by Internal Affairs. All complaints will be resolved on a case-by-case basis, and both parties will be listened to.
3.4 Senior investigators will be conducting evidence reviews weekly where agents will present cases to them, discuss progress and receive guidance prior to seeking warrants and/or making arrests.
3.5 FIB will have basic weekly training sessions on arrests, searches, radio communications and teamwork to build confidence and roleplaying skills of agents.

Reason 1:
I have been working here in FIB for a long time from the beginning of the last two terms that have ended . During my time in FIB , I have got to learn about the organization from a very top level in the chain of command and at a very top of level in the chain of command of undercover department in FIB. Watching how this organization works and finding various issues in the organization that most of the leaders ignore , resulting in a bad image of FIB in the state of San Andreas and for the citizens of San Andreas, I have decided to fix those exact issues so that the organization could get it's name and reputation back as the most elite law enforcement agency in the state.

The organization should have active members and elite ones. Not salary farmers and daydreamers who will just stay in the organization to fine people at beach market while never ever seen on duty , or using the organization salary to profit themselves while never ever been seen to serve the state at all. Those agents are merely citizens but with special power which they have gotten from by staying in the organization . This issue will/should be fixed when the leadership is transferred to the correct individual who knows what their position as a leader of the organization means and what they are doing as a leader. So that when other state organizations call for backup , they wouldn't have to make a second department for the same request of backup. Everything should be served by FIB in the first call of duty , no laziness , no sleeping .

Reason 2:

Favoritism . This is an issue that most of the leaders in the history of this organization had to doubt their mental judgement for . Favoritism is a big issue in any organization, not only FIB. It gives birth to conflicts , hate and toxicity within the organization members when junior agents notices how senior agents or higher ranking agents get away with many unprofessional and inappropriate actions in the organization but how their one small mistake leads them to unfair strikes and demotion , discouraging their mental urge to stay in the organization which leads to agents leaving their post and the organization in seeking of better justice as a law enforcement officer at a different state organization.

Fixing this requires a leader to have the Spirit of judging and investigating every case of such situations mindfully and carefully . The leader of FIB should always be neutral to each and every unit in FIB , and must serve equal justice to everyone , he shouldn't be biased to anyone in relation to his duties . This(favoritism) is another one of the many issues that I'm willing to fix so that every agent feels equally justified and can have justice equally to their side . I want FIB to be an organization where loyalty for the organization comes from the heart of the agents in day 1 rather than threatening or forcing them to stay in the organization with fake DOJ documents .

Reason 3:

I have served as a leader of SAHP before in my journey on GrandRP , and in every possible organization at various high command posts and other junior ranks . I can confidently say that I have enough experience of state side of the project . Throughout the journey of mine on Grand , I have go to know how to communicate with higher-ups and what to do or not do as a leader .

I want to implement my leadership skills in my new life in City -02 as well . After seeing how criminals troll FIB , how leaders favor their family members in the organization , how agents misuse organization radio and organization features, how agents with zero knowledge of what they are doing enters gang HQs to later land an organization warning , how 30 members stay online and only 5 on duty , I have decided to take a look and fix these , perhaps fix these completely for the upcoming directors of FIB if I got to be the director at the first place.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization:

Firstly,

I would create an unmatched HR department . Since every player comes to be an FIB employee through this department first , this department should have the most professional and elite examiners of all time .

I will make sure that HR department agents are knowledgeable enough to confidently question the applicants and train them at unmatched professionalism level and directives.

As this department is liable for the training of newcomer agents in the organization and to let them know what they will do in the organization , this department should be rebuilt and strengthened first .

Secondly,

I would implement daily routined patrol over the whole state of San Andreas with other state organization members in seeking of criminal activities at specific IC times led by FIB . This will bring a new type of roleplay scenario and so that no state organization employee get bored of role-playing enough and get to do some awesome new roleplay during their bare times when they don't know what to do . And of course it will be done by the affirmation from the state organization leaders or their deputies when available.

2.1 I want to become the Leader for the FIB because i have served in all the legal organisation and i have much experience as a officer on every rank specially in FIB and LSPD and I can bring some good work to the organisation by maintaining the laws of the city. I can create a good active members in the organisation and performs the operations in a good tactics and will be showing some good improvement from day 1 to till the end of the term. i want to bring good environment (friendly as well as professional) and regular patrols, good training and with the background verification as well. As per my Spec Ops Department I will make sure that they are good in situation handling and as well as good in negotiate as a taking the lead in operations to an other organization fail to handle the situations... and we make sure that Spec ops department do there fully responsable to train all the units in FIB from the other department as well for backup support...

I will make sure that my agents doesn't abuse any Federal Power on other organizations also I will make sure to have a good and knowledgeable high command team in case in my absence they know how to handle the situations, meetings and taking decisions properly...

we make sure that our Undercover Department I will make sure they follow the legislations and as well as FIB charter while conducting there operations as a undercover operator of FIB....to make sure not have any type of conflict and preventing any kind of unnecessary detention or arrest...and I will set high standards for Undercover department and make sure to put the limited and capable operators in Undercover department....

The Federal Investigation Bureau has always been the organization that interests me the most because of the responsibility it carries. FIB is involved with investigations, intelligence gathering, and working alongside other government organizations, which makes it one of the most important factions on the server. I want the opportunity to lead an organization that has such a big impact on roleplay and help make it even more active and enjoyable for everyone.

I also enjoy working with people and helping them improve. A good leader is not someone who gives orders all day—it is someone who supports the team, listens to feedback, and helps every member become better. If I become Director, I want every agent to feel that their effort matters and that hard work is always noticed and rewarded.

The last reason is simple: I want to leave FIB in a better place than I found it. I don't want my term to be remembered just because I held the Director position. I believe roleplay becomes much more enjoyable when investigations feel realistic and well planned. Instead of repeating the same situations every day, I would encourage members to create detailed investigations that involve teamwork and creative thinking.

Training should never stop after recruitment. Regular practice sessions and roleplay scenarios can help members improve their communication, confidence, and understanding of how to handle different situations.

Ans.
1.I love the concept of undercover investigation in FIB that's what makes it from other state orgs. Also in the past the raids have not been going so well so i would like to improve that by making the undercover more active.

2. Building a better hiring and punishment program in FIB internal affairs and Human Resource. As FIB is a investigation agency so the training program should be improved according to the needs of FIB and about IA should be more strict about the mistakes.

(A) I want to be the leader of FIB beacause I think that I have the ability and manpower to make FIB better. And few monthes ago I got a chance to prove my ability in front of the state being the 44th General of NG Where I have implemented strict rules and regulations for all the soldiers of NG as well as for the other state Organizations. By that no Organization got extra candies and we were able to end discrimination.

(B) Currently in the state lack of accountibility is seen in every Organization by which rule of law is not established. For that reason every Organization and citizens have to suffer. But as a leader of Federal Agency I will question every illegal step according to the law and ensure proper justice in my Organization.

(C) I will grant more power to Departments of FIB, they will work according to the ethics code and will discharge thier duties according to it. They will be trained according to the ethics code so that they can show professionalism in Raids and other operations. And I think that I can do all the stuffs as I have already experienced those things on ground level while in my NG term.

The most important thing to improve Roleplay in organization is good and knowledgeable Agents in the organization. For that I will introduce better HR department and the District Attorney's will arrange weekly classes to improve the knowledge of the Agents. By that they will understand the legislation better and will be able to take action according to law improving the overall Roleplay level of the Organization and server.

Appointing good Assistant Director is a good way to improve Roleplay in Organization. If we hire good Head of Department who are accountable and have the skill to manage his department then they can train their agents very well to discharge their duties. By that the agents will show professionalism in their duties and during raids.

If I became the leader I will follow the rank limitations and will hire the High Commands according to to their knowledge. By that only the deserving people will be in my Organization and the agents will inspired by them to do hard work in order to get promotion. So, the Roleplay level will improve.

2.1 I have been Assistant Director 6x with FIB and have had multiple similar positions with LSPD and SAHP. I am having experince from the actual the bottom up, have real Field knowledge rather than just documents which is why I know how all parts of the organization work. this has given me insight into how to deal with agents / gangs within itself too, be disciplined and to lead the FIB properly.

Reason 1:
I have been working here in FIB for a long time from the beginning of the last two terms that have ended . During my time in FIB , I have got to learn about the organization from a very top level in the chain of command and at a very top of level in the chain of command of undercover department in FIB. Watching how this organization works and finding various issues in the organization that most of the leaders ignore , resulting in a bad image of FIB in the state of San Andreas and for the citizens of San Andreas, I have decided to fix those exact issues so that the organization could get it's name and reputation back as the most elite law enforcement agency in the state.

The organization should have active members and elite ones. Not salary farmers and daydreamers who will just stay in the organization to fine people at beach market while never ever seen on duty , or using the organization salary to profit themselves while never ever been seen to serve the state at all. Those agents are merely citizens but with special power which they have gotten from by staying in the organization . This issue will/should be fixed when the leadership is transferred to the correct individual who knows what their position as a leader of the organization means and what they are doing as a leader. So that when other state organizations call for backup , they wouldn't have to make a second department for the same request of backup. Everything should be served by FIB in the first call of duty , no laziness , no sleeping .

Reason 2:

Favoritism . This is an issue that most of the leaders in the history of this organization had to doubt their mental judgement for . Favoritism is a big issue in any organization, not only FIB. It gives birth to conflicts , hate and toxicity within the organization members when junior agents notices how senior agents or higher ranking agents get away with many unprofessional and inappropriate actions in the organization but how their one small mistake leads them to unfair strikes and demotion , discouraging their mental urge to stay in the organization which leads to agents leaving their post and the organization in seeking of better justice as a law enforcement officer at a different state organization.

Fixing this requires a leader to have the Spirit of judging and investigating every case of such situations mindfully and carefully . The leader of FIB should always be neutral to each and every unit in FIB , and must serve equal justice to everyone , he shouldn't be biased to anyone in relation to his duties . This(favoritism) is another one of the many issues that I'm willing to fix so that every agent feels equally justified and can have justice equally to their side . I want FIB to be an organization where loyalty for the organization comes from the heart of the agents in day 1 rather than threatening or forcing them to stay in the organization with fake DOJ documents .

Reason 3:

I have served as a leader of SAHP before in my journey on GrandRP , and in every possible organization at various high command posts and other junior ranks . I can confidently say that I have enough experience of state side of the project . Throughout the journey of mine on Grand , I have go to know how to communicate with higher-ups and what to do or not do as a leader .

I want to implement my leadership skills in my new life in City -02 as well . After seeing how criminals troll FIB , how leaders favor their family members in the organization , how agents misuse organization radio and organization features, how agents with zero knowledge of what they are doing enters gang HQs to later land an organization warning , how 30 members stay online and only 5 on duty , I have decided to take a look and fix these , perhaps fix these completely for the upcoming directors of FIB if I got to be the director at the first place.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization:

Firstly,

I would create an unmatched HR department . Since every player comes to be an FIB employee through this department first , this department should have the most professional and elite examiners of all time .

I will make sure that HR department agents are knowledgeable enough to confidently question the applicants and train them at unmatched professionalism level and directives.

As this department is liable for the training of newcomer agents in the organization and to let them know what they will do in the organization , this department should be rebuilt and strengthened first .

Secondly,

I would implement daily routined patrol over the whole state of San Andreas with other state organization members in seeking of criminal activities at specific IC times led by FIB . This will bring a new type of roleplay scenario and so that no state organization employee get bored of role-playing enough and get to do some awesome new roleplay during their bare times when they don't know what to do . And of course it will be done by the affirmation from the state organization leaders or their deputies when available.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1 I want to become an Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) as I have previously worked as an Deputy Director of FIB which give me an overall knowledge about the FIB and I have the pervious other organization experience as an Leader and Deputy leader of organization which gives me an good knowledge about state organization and I previously served as a Governor of the State and Sheriff of San Andreas Highway Petrol (SAHP)

2.2 As a Experience as a Deputy Director of FIB that we need to maintain a good relationship with the people and as well as other state organization as a Leader I will make sure to maintain a good and healthy relationship with other state organizations to prevent conflicts between organization and within the organization..

2.3 As a Pervious Deputy Director I was experience that the Raid and collecting evidence is the Very important thing in FIB I will make sure that who will be my 00 Handlers that will be most active and knowledgeable persons and make sure I will complete 25+ raids in my 2 terms.. and also I will make sure that I have strong Undercover team and as well night team as well for night events I will hire peoples from different time zone to maintain the proper activity from FIB...

3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.


In FIB People are recruited from other organizations maintaining the high threshold with the help of my good HR team I will make sure that ranks are not given freely and to the incompetent people..

As per my Spec Ops Department I will make sure that they are good in situation handling and as well as good in negotiate as a taking the lead in operations to an other organization fail to handle the situations... and we make sure that Spec ops department do there fully responsable to train all the units in FIB from the other department as well for backup support...

I will make sure that my agents doesn't abuse any Federal Power on other organizations also I will make sure to have a good and knowledgeable high command team in case in my absence they know how to handle the situations, meetings and taking decisions properly...

we make sure that our Undercover Department I will make sure they follow the legislations and as well as FIB charter while conducting there operations as a undercover operator of FIB....to make sure not have any type of conflict and preventing any kind of unnecessary detention or arrest...and I will set high standards for Undercover department and make sure to put the limited and capable operators in Undercover department....

Reason 1: My Experience

I have been in San Andreas for a long time and have worked in both FIB and other state organizations during my time in FIB I have served in different departments and also worked as the Assistant Director Because of this i understand how every department works what problems they face and how they should be managed this experience has helped me learn how to handle different situations and work with different teams i believe I have the experience and knowledge needed to lead FIB and make the right decisions for the organization

Reason 2: Make FIB More Active

I want FIB to be an active and respected organization i have seen many agents who stay in the department but are rarely on duty or only join for the salary and benefits this puts more work on active agents and affects the image of FIB If I become the leader i will make sure everyone does their part. Active members will be rewarded while inactive members will be dealt with fairly my goal is to build a team that other organizations can always depend on

Reason 3: No Favoritism

One thing I want to improve is fairness I have seen cases where some people get better treatment because of friendships or personal relations, while hardworking agents get ignored i dont think that is right if I become the leader everyone will be treated the same.Promotions rewards and punishments will be based on performance activity and behavior not personal connections i want every agent to know that if they work hard they will always get a fair chance

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization

Firstly: Better HR Team

i want to improve the HR Department because every new agent starts from there HR members should know the rules SOPs and how to train new agents properly good training from the start will help build better and more professional FIB agents

Secondly: Better Leadership

From my experience in FIB i have seen that many events and Special Operations were not taken seriously sometimes High Command members were not available when they were needed the most i want to fix this by giving every High Command member clear responsibilities everyone should know their job and be available during important situations so operations can run smoothly

Thirdly: More RolePlay

I also want to organize more patrolling, special operations, training sessions This will keep agents active and give them more roleplay instead of waiting with nothing to do my goal is to make FIB more active organized and enjoyable for everyone
