2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
i) I have long-time experience in all organizations, especially in the Investigation Bureau (FIB). I have good experience. So now, I want to take a leadership position to gain more experience.
ii) As a Leader ,My goal is not only to manage to organization . I wanna build a strong and skilled agents. As I believe in training agents rewarding active members and maintaining that motivates everyone to perform better. A united and efficient team makes Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) stronger and more respected across the city.
iii) I have experience on both sides of the city I understand how to run a organization properly and there have a large amount of people to help me. This experience and support will help me make better decisions as a leader.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
i) In my past, I saw a lot of nepotism in the organization. Because of that, some agents with good experience did not get good ranks. Many of them felt ignored and left the organization. If I get the leadership position, I will make sure to provide rank properly based on experience and work. This would make agents more motivated and help the organization grow in a better way. (iii) I will make sure there is no Favouritism.
ii) As the leader of this important organization, I would try to reduce conflicts between all employees of other organizations and my organization during hostage situations, gunfights, robberies, and so on, because lately I have seen and heard everyone arguing and talking in unison. I also want to have excellent cooperation with other organizations because I need them very much to lead an active FIB .
iii) I will make sure to Give Bonuses to the agents who are actively Working For the Organization.
iv) Give everyone a fair chance to grow and contribute for Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB)
v) Promotions ceremony will be done every week to boost the confidence of Agents.
vi) I will hire the best HR team for our Agents to get best training.
vii) I will choose Best Agents of the week and give him/her good prize so that everyone works hard to achieve it.
viii) I believe Creating a better work environment and having a good RP the org will show immediate progress, I want for everyone to enjoy and experience FIB with a different positive perspective.
ix) Will work side to side and supporting other legal organizations as well so that we can maintain law and order in Los Santos.
x) I will make sure that FIB is always active day or night, Will make proper high commands shift wise.
