While we were trying to rob the player, he attempted to deceive us and made a successful escape RP by getting into his vehicle. However, we managed to shoot him again and approached him to continue the robbery RP. Despite being dead, the player was talking, which is a clear violation of the FailRP rule.
Afterward, I kicked the player twice to patch him and confirmed his location before doing so. Once he was patched, he suddenly said in Turkish, "Beni salın gideyim" ("Let me go so I can leave"), which is a violation of GR 3.3.
I would like the player to receive the appropriate punishment for these rule violations. Additionally, I would like this report to be reviewed by a Turkish administrator, as the violation involves Turkish speech and context.
