2.1 I want to be the leader of Families because Im already been a deputy in Bloods, Bunta, and Vagos, and I completed all my terms successfully. Now I feel ready to try something new and take the responsibility as a leader. Also, this gang is one of the best in the city, and it has always had a special place in my heart.

Now I want to try something new. I want to be on the illegal side and see what it is like to be a leader from that perspective.

2.3) I Want to Increase Gang Activity I am applying because I think gang activity has been pretty slow lately. A lot of gangs are not doing much as they could be. 3.1) Plan Special operation, store robberies, and hostage situations to keep the Ghetto alive.

As I have a lot of experience in illegal organizations, and Families has been one of the most well-known gangs in the city for a long time, I have always believed that their influence in the city is very dominant. • Create More RP Opportunities – Organize events, meetings, operations, and storylines so members have more chances to engage in realistic roleplay instead of just grinding activity.
• Lead by Example – If leaders and high-command members maintain good roleplay standards, other members will naturally follow and improve their own RP quality.
• Train New Members Properly – Many players want to roleplay well but lack experience. Giving them guidance and support can significantly improve the organization's RP level.

2.1 I would like to be the leader of this organization because I have always wanted to be the leader somewhere, I would like to prove that someone like me can reach the top and that our gang can be the best!
2.2 The second reason is because the Families as an organization has always been close to my heart because of the color green that I like, green has always been my color and I have always wanted to be the leader in it.
2.3 As a third reason I would put my strengths and weaknesses, most of my strengths are good and they are, for example, that in dangerous and tense situations I am calm and composed, knowing the rules and shooting well, and the weaknesses are that I am sometimes online for a short time and that I like everything to be right

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 The first piece of advice is that you would only include proven people who know the rules in the organization, the tests would be serious and not every person in the city would be able to enter.
3.2 In my gang there would be no payment for a higher rank, it doesn't matter if you just left the hotel or have been on the server since its creation, if you are arrogant and toxic towards others you will be treated the same!
3.3 I would improve RP a lot because I would create a lot of events, from GS and 24/7. I would force the people from my organization to always improve and always be present at those events, hostages would also be there so that my deputies and my people would get big bonuses!
3.4 Once we're past this, it could be Turf's turn, I would put together a turf team of experienced, skilled and smart people, I would join them if there was ever a shortage, but most of my people that I've known for a long time would be there.
3.5 As a last piece of advice, I would like to say that I want everyone who sees the Families to be scared and intimidated by how strong we are and how no one is even close to us in that rank.

i) I am capable to become a leader of the Families because i have good experience of gang activity and excellent knowledge of RP rules. I have Experienced High Command team they can organise Store Robbery, Hostage Situation and other Gang activity in the absence of deputies.

ii) Currently i am the deputy of Blood street gang. I am handling everything properly and peacefully. Also gaining more experience day by day. It's the highest rank of any gang. Now i think i can take the leadership position and handle it properly.

iii) I have good experience of both side of the city ( State and Illegal organisation ). I serve both side as a high command. I know that how legal organisations take actions against gangs. For this i will get some extra advantage to run my term properly and peacefully.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

i) If i get the term i will bring the best deputies to handle the gang properly. For now i have 3 deputy in my mind. 1) Shahria Tzariar (Ex deputy + Ex DCP). 2) Oxy Astro (Ex Deputy). 3) Badhon Vitality (AD).

ii) I have a good manpower support. If i get the term i can bring more then 20-25 member in the first day of my term.

iii) One of my friend handling i good turf team. If i get he term i will bring them in my term for this i can complete my term with 100% turf.

iv) I will make sure that now one will do nepotism / favoritism during my term. Everyone will get there rank according to there knowledge / experience. Everyone will get a fair chance to gain more experience and rank.

v) In my past i see many some gangs not providing bonus properly. If i get the term i will make sure to give bonuses properly and timely. It will help me to gain more members and complete the term properly.
