- Being a gangster doesn't mean you have to be toxic, I will teach my members to be respectful towards other people and each other

- Making sure people will be loyal to the gang, the gang should feel more like a family than just an organisation you're joining, to achieve those thing, it will go hand in hand with the above mentioned of less toxicity

- Doing unique hostage or other situations where we engage in proper RP with the legal side and the citizens.

- We will put in a strict recruitment procedure which only allows people to join the gang with Lvl 5 and after an interview conducted by higher ranks. Furthermore the applicant will be required to have a certain mental age.

1) I specifically chose the Families Gang because it was the first gang I joined, and I got a highcommand rank in my first term, which allowed me to help the leader with his weekly tasks, and this is also the primary reason that made me love the illegal side .

2) After my two successful terms as leader of the Bloods gang, I took a break, and now I'm back playing on this server with my friends, and I've become active again. I think this is the right time to take the lead again and make the Families gang the most active gang in city .

3) I think families have a good headquarters near the ghetto bar, so we can do lots of activities, we can rob, we can do hostages situations, we can let the ghetto green with our sprays and we can let the ghetto empty .

4) In recent months, I haven't seen anyone get the Families leadership and make it the most active gang in the city, participating in every event or something and the Families Gang didnt deserve that . This is one of the reasons that led me to choose the Families gang.




3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1) I can improve the level of role-playing by adding new things to the server, like what I do in Bloods where I allow everyone to wear penguin masks.

2) I will only invite to my organization players who are above level 5 and have previous experience in illegal organizations, and I will ask them some questions about the basic rules so that they do not break any rules while we are doing the activity.

3) Im gonne try to do more than 5 subs , 20 store/gun store robery , 7 FZ raid , 8 Gang Raid , 7 Battle Ship , 20 Clands with minimum 5 members and steal the car , thats will let us the most gang active in the city and will make everyone scared from the penguins .

3.1 The first piece of advice is that you would only include proven people who know the rules in the organization, the tests would be serious and not every person in the city would be able to enter.
3.2 In my gang there would be no payment for a higher rank, it doesn't matter if you just left the hotel or have been on the server since its creation, if you are arrogant and toxic towards others you will be treated the same!
3.3 I would improve RP a lot because I would create a lot of events, from GS and 24/7. I would force the people from my organization to always improve and always be present at those events, hostages would also be there so that my deputies and my people would get big bonuses!
3.4 Once we're past this, it could be Turf's turn, I would put together a turf team of experienced, skilled and smart people, I would join them if there was ever a shortage, but most of my people that I've known for a long time would be there.
3.5 As a last piece of advice, I would like to say that I want everyone who sees the Families to be scared and intimidated by how strong we are and how no one is even close to us in that rank.

1) As I came into city I was attracted by gangs very much because of their events, ghetto clapping, robberies and turfs. I joined all gangs and learned everything about gang also have been high command in all the gangs and lead the events by my own. I always wanted to become a leader of gang and I think families would be the best as it is situated in front of ballas and near to arena. It will be easy to do ghetto clapping as many people travels from near by families hq.
2) I saw some gangs who were inactive and hardly able to do weekly tasks, and some even got disbanded because of inactivity and rule breaks. Because there are many challenges a leader has to face to run a gang and I think I am ready to face any challenge/difficulties. I will make sure there should be minimum rulebreaks in my gang and keep the gang active 24/7. For keeping the gang active I made many friends from top families, leaders and deputies of past gang who will come and help me and give the proper guidance. I will also keep a huge bonus system by which other people will also be attracted in my gang.
3) I want to make my term the most dangerous gang term ever. Everyone will think multiple times before coming ghetto especially leos before ghetto patrolling. I will assign one of my deputy only for ghetto clapping who will ensure that no one should pass ghetto alive. I also want to do 100% turf like in past leaders have done and get a mikachu hoodie, for this I will find the best turf team. From the starting of my journey I saw that gangs keep fighting each other and leoa have wonderful unity. 1) I would make sure members don't only carry guns, but also carry a personality. If someone gets kidnapped and starts laughing with the kidnappers like they're childhood friends, we have a serious RP problem.
2) I would create more street-style RP situations. Not every disagreement should end in shooting. Sometimes a proper threat, negotiation, or funny gang confrontation creates much better RP than instant gunfire.
3) I would teach members that being a gangster is not just about having good aim. If a person can rob a whole block, scare people, and leave without firing a single bullet, that's real gangster energy. The gun should be the last argument, not the first one.

1) Families is the first gang I joined in the city and in the same chapter I got HC rank because of my high activity daily, I also help the leader in completing weekly challenges and bring some of my friends to Families.

2) I passed with families attak of the capitol (special mession) and we win (clapp Leos) that's why families are closest to my heart and I love it so much because I have a great history with them .

3) I spend a lot of time with families: As a hc in 6 terms, I have a lot of memories in this terms cuz we do a great job and we trace our names in the city.

4) I love the illegal side, I play as a gangster and also as a leo , but my heart goes with the illegal side for me it is the most fun side because we can do a lot of things (we can sell weapons in the black market, we can craft weapons, we can steal money and rob atm's, attack and raid the fz , we can rob the store, we can steal vehicles...)





3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1) I can improve the roleplay by inviting the maximum number of players (over 5y) and hiring the best turfers in the city to clap the leos in the events every time and make everyone afraid of families and now that we are the most criminals we are not joking or joking.

2) I will give the players a day plan (I will allocate time for each activity like Robery of store 20/10/2025, 22:00 and we will go to the ghetto clap at 22:30) every day so that we are prepared for anything .

3) I will send messages in the DC chat before each event to remind my members and allow them to fly into the city and come to MP to win the event easily .

4) ill try to use (/me , /try , /do , /todo) in every rp situation .
