2.1 . I want to be leader of Marabunta because Im very disciplined, capable, active and very professional in my work. I have been in high command almost every gang and Marabunta. Now I think I am capable of being a Leader of Marabunta and lead this org with my experience.
2.2 . I will make sure there is activity going everytime throughout my term, In my term my focus will be to make Marabunta the best and everyone is scared of Marabunta. I will do as much as highway robberies, hotsage situations, battleships, FZ Raid and other events.
2.3 I will make sure there is a comfortable and a good environment between every member of Marabunta. Also, I will make sure no one enter the ghetto and think twice before entering the ghetto especially leos.

3.1 Keep a good bonus system for all gang members and make them interested throughout my term.
3.2 I will make sure everyone will be given ranks according to their experience and conduct a interview before hiring them as well as giving before giving high command i will conduct a interview for them too.
3.3 I will make sure all my gang members are following Proper RP when they are robbing someone or doing a hostage situations and in all other events too.
3.4 I will not tolerate any kind of toxicity and disrespect ( everyone deserves equal respect )

3) I will try to organize two global events per week, in addition to a special event for my members, so that they can get away from the activities and their pressures, and give them time to relax, so that we all come back with full motivation, and break out of our usual routine.

4) I can also participate in several events weekly, and I will focus on hostage situations in new secret locations to make my gang the only terrorist organization.

2.1 I have been in the city for a long time and have been a member of many organisations as a deputy/under deputy and have gained a lot of experience in various roleplay situations. My journey has involved a number of high-pressure situations, such as Code V scenarios, where I learned to keep a cool head, make fast decisions, and work well within a team. These experiences have helped me to develop the leadership skills I need to lead Marabunta Grande successfully.

2.2 Many people in gangs I have seen only care about getting higher ranks and not helping the gang in any way. Under my leadership, ranks will be gained by dedication, activity, loyalty and quality roleplay. I will encourage members to prioritise working together and building the gang rather than rank hunting, making it a fun and fair environment for all.

2.3 As a leader of Marabunta Grande, I will make sure that all gang operations will be done inside server rules and high quality roleplay standards. I will also be proactive in telling members how to roleplay correctly and ensuring that every action taken is in a positive and professional way of representing the gang.

2.4 Many new players join gangs as their first organisation because of the fun roleplay and meeting new people. My advice for improving roleplay is to teach new players the rules and to do more events such as being in ghetto 1 gun store and many 24/7 store robbery each day clands bs fz and doing these such events with great RP always I also think to better the role play is to do store robbery’s or hostage situations in different locations instead of ghetto all the time for better RP.

Ans: 2.1) I have been in this city from a long time and took experience of both leos and gangs and mainly in gangs I have now got a great experience as I have remained 3 times deputy and know all the stuffs about how totally gang works. So, now I think I m ready to takeover my own gang and Marabunta will be the best for it as it has its own unique location in the ghetto and a great leadership history in the past and I will enhance the glory of Marabunta and make it the best.

2.2) As I m 3 times deputy of gang so now I have a good network in the city. I have made many friends who have been hc's, deputy and leader of gangs. And all these guys will help me to make my term the most active 24/7. I will also keep a good bonus system by which people from other gangs will also be attracted. I will also try my best to make my gang a terrorist organisation.

2.3) I know that running a gang is not easy as I have seen many leaders getting their term disband because of being inactive, turf, etc. but I m ready to face any challenge which comes in between my leadership. I will assign different work for each of my deputies like 1 deputy will manage ghetto clapping, store robbery, subs. Second deputy will manage highway robbery, clands, battleship. Third deputy will manage informant, car theft, acc, hostage situation, and the last for turf. By doing this everytime there will be a person to lead and minimum chance of rule breaks and the main thing gang will always be active.

Ans: 3.1) I have many creative ideas to organize events in new locations and try to create tough situations which will be fun for both leos and gang
3.2) I will not allow any kind of toxicity in my gang as I have seen many situations and gangs ruined cause of their toxic people.

2.1

I have been in Los Santos for long time and i gained experience from both legal and illegal sides of city I was part of organizations like Ballas and also held high positions in government like DHS Minister and DOC Minister these jobs taught me leadership responsibility and how to handle pressure situations I believe i can use this experience to lead Marabunta Grande and make it active and respected gang, I have a turfer team that has already did 100% turf multiple times

From my experience i learned that teamwork communication and discipline is very important for any organization I want to build a gang where members work together help each other and focus on good roleplay instead of only chasing ranks I want members to earn their position through activity loyalty and contribution

So, I have a simple plan: I'll explain every rule to them in detail and make them love the illegal side by helping them understand the role-playing environment.

3.2 : I will form alliances with all the gang leaders, which will help us clapp all law enforcement elements and control all situations against them, so that we can protect the illegal side and protect our members from being in jail, and this will make role-playing more fun .
3.3 : We will use the radio in every situation to make everything professional in dealing with situations, as well as to avoid breaking the rules. I can also use commands such as (/me, /try, /do, /todo) that can make everything professional.
