This guy is a corrupt officer (Approved - LSPD Corrupt Bio | Hades Darknes | 56725) is his Bio link, first of all in his Bio, he has never mentioned that he can kill someone, second in the outcome No.8 it mentioned that "can threaten, torture, or interrogate with force or using truth serum (2x “/try” per scenario)." here he has not mentioned that he can kill anybody and when it was approved and also when Admin Kevin Balenciaga (Senior of State) approved it, he mentioned in the outcome 8 that need to follow all server rules. So its an RDM, I hope that Admin reviewing the forum will issue proper punishment.
