First of all, as can be clearly seen in the player's POV, there are multiple moments where he punches me while I am holding a firearm. Since we have a corruption biography, we are allowed to use insults during robberies or similar situations as long as they do not involve family-related insults, which is already stated within the server rules.


Silahlı olduğum sırada bana defalarca yumruk atarak ve karakterinin canına hiç önem vermeyerek, bu oyuncu hem FearRP hem de PG kurallarını ihlal etti. Bu oyuncu bu forum raporu aracılığıyla herhangi bir ceza almazsa, başka bir rapor daha göndereceğim. Bu oyuncunun, yozlaşmış karakterlerin neler yapmasına izin verildiğini anlamadığını ve sunucu kurallarını tam olarak kavramadığını düşünüyorum.

Regarding GR 3.1:

"3.1 Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited."

The rule is very clear. I would like to see exactly where and when I supposedly insulted the player in OOC. I did not make a single OOC insult, which is why I believe this report is misleading.

As you can also see, I tried to explain the situation to the player and informed him that these actions were within the rules. I can say lies in situations for my safety you can check my bio and also all bios have this thing. However, he refused to follow the roleplay and continued violating FearRP and PG rules.

As for GR 3.2, we all know that "mf" is commonly used in-game as a slang expression rather than a direct personal insult. My friend did not violate any rule whatsoever.

I kindly ask the administration team to review the evidence carefully and issue the appropriate punishment to the player for his rule violations.
