Dear Admins,
At first, you can see I was trying to grant a bail to the prisoner and then he came he said you can't bail him. then I got out of the cell asked him his Id he directly cuffed without any consent and yeah, he has a corrupt bio, but the approved bio-outcomes doesn't say that he can illegally arrest or do corruption he can only deny giving his Id.
