Hey Lebron, I am addressing issue directly as its a serious matter/issue which many players are facing RN on the server.

As from the title, this forum is created by me on the rule that "If you are admin blacklisted on the server then you can't be a leader."
I will explain to you the 2 sides of this rule and why such rules are harming the RP experience of the players rather than improving it.

First of all, there are many differences between an admin and a leader. The reasons for admin blacklists sometimes are not having any connection to get leader blacklists, for example lets take my reason, I had a discord account which I couldn't recover so an admin blacklist was imposed on me. But before this rule was fully implemented, I got the term of Marabunta and my term was going very well. I had almost more than 20-30+ members in every store, I ran my term for 17 days and throughout the term, my gang's activity was very good and we were taking fights with LEOs in almost every store and winning too. But as of this rule, I was removed from my leader position and a leader blacklisted was also imposed on me. Now, consider putting yourself in this situation how would how would you feel? I had fully co-operated with my curators and also.

There are many more differences between an admin and a leader like an admin could punish someone, while leader could not do such things, leader doesn't have any kind of powers by which he could harm the server, while admin has many such kind of powers. So I don't see any point regarding the enforcement of this rule. Infact, many good leaders have lost their chance to become a leader again who have lead multiple terms in the before. Also, leaders are appointed are appointed for a time period for 30 days or if they take 2 terms then 60 days but admins are permanent unless they want to step down or are removed from the admin team for some reason. And thats the big difference between these 2 positions.

There are many examples like me who have ran their term successfully but due to this rule, a leader blacklist was imposed on them and now they cant be a leader again.

1) Anvy Riviera | 2645
Anvy is a great guy, he has lead 6 FIB terms throughout his time on the server as far as I know, he has also received a Mikachu for completing 2 successfull consecutive terms, and his leader blacklist was removed previously in the past too by the Chief (Bobby Pluxury). I am attaching the links of his forums below.

As you can see in the links that I attached above, he has lead multiple terms of FIB and he is an experienced player in EN3 as you can see by his id, he is playing on EN3 from the start but as of this new rule, he is not able to be a leader again. After completing multiple terms of FIB and getting leader Blacklisted like this is very disappointing as a player and after you have contributed so much to the community.

2) Lucas Sabotage | 132328
Lucas has also lead 2 Orgs and completed his terms successfully, he is also capable of being a good leader if given a chance. But because of this rule he also lost his chance. I am attaching the links of his forums below.

3) Irtaza Sologujjar | 90752
Irtaza was also Ex-LSPD Leader, completed his successfull term in SAHP, he was also running his term very well but his term also got disbanded due to his admin blacklist. He was also appointed as a Governer for temporary time. I am attaching the links of his forums below.
After leading 1 full term successfully of SAHP, he had also applied for LSPD and was appointed as the leader of LSPD, but after a forum made by Lucas, he was removed from his post and which lead to creation of this new rule.

4)Vasant Gawde | 69912
He is also an Ex-Director of FIB. He ran his term smoothly too, I am attaching the links of his forums below. He was admin blacklisted previously but he was given a chance to be a leader. I am attaching the links of his forums below.
As this new rule was implemented, he has also lost his chance to be a leader.

5) Raven Saturo | 149652
He has also lead a full term of SAHP and 1 temp term of SAHP, but as of this rule, he also cannot be a leader again, I am attaching the links of his forums below.

6)Mihir DaFirenze | 135137 (Me)
I have very well explained my situation to you above, I am also attaching links of my forums. Due to this rule, I have been affected a lot as Im playing the server for more than 1 year. But now after contributing so much I cant be a leader again.

Now, one more rule is implemented by the Chief (Bobby Pluxury) that if you are a leader/admin blacklisted player then you cant lead an Unofficial Family.
I don't know what's the point of this rule, as being a leader of a Unofficial Family is very different from being a leader of an Organization or being an admin, I don't understand and i think so most of the players don't understand the point of this rule. As these are very different positions. Leading an Unoff Family is very much different from being an admin or the leader of an Organization. I have attached the link of the forum below where Bobby has approved this rule.
This rule is making no sense as what is the point of this rule. Even if the person is leader Blacklist what does it have to do with a Unofficial family leader. Please elaborate and explain to the players why such kind of a rule is formed which is not related to each other. It is taking away the chance away from the players to become leaders and experience real RP Life, please have a look into this matter.

I could give more such examples but I am concluding here. The point is that it is not necessary every time that if a person is admin blacklisted then he is leader blacklisted automatically, both are very different positions and have a lot of differences, admins are OOC Characters while leaders are IC. So I think that you must reconsider this rule and give a deep thought on this as its a very serious matter, if this rule is revoked, many potential leaders will be able to lead an Org again. And also I dont think so that this rule is implemented in EN1 or EN2. Its just in EN3 I guess so.
