When my friend ( 5320 ) got muted, ID 145960 can be hear saying "Looks like someone got muted" which by the rules is mixing, i would appreciate if you would punish him for this as him saying that also can be viewed upon as provocative.

"somebody got muted," they generally mean the person's ability to speak or communicate has been silenced or turned down so its not mixing lad
