- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Answer : I want to become an Administrator since I like to work with the community and to make sure that all players have a nice role-play experience and play by the rules. During my time on the server, I have learned a lot about rules and worked in State as well as Crime organizations. I think that I can use my experience to solve the situation in a professional and fair way.
Though I like role-play, now I would like to give something else to the server. Being an Administrator, my main priorities will be to help players, deal with reports fast and in a professional way, to control the rules of the server without any biases.
Besides punishing those who violate rules, I want to help the players, answer their questions and increase the quality of the server in general. I am ready to abandon my RP and to become an active Administrator.
- What are your strengths?
Answer : Good Understanding of Server Rules: I understand server rules and can implement them properly.
Patience: I stay calm when faced with difficult situations and consider all aspects from both sides before taking a decision.
Good Communication Skills: I can communicate effectively with the players and staff members.
Leadership and Teamwork: Working in High Command has taught me to manage my duties and work effectively with the team.
Always Active and Dedicated: I stay active for 14 to 16 hours every day to help the players with their problems and process reports.
Impartial and Impartiality: I do not discriminate between any of the players and base my decisions only on the facts and server rules.
Good Learner: I learn new things quickly and always try to improve.
2 What are your weaknesses?
Answer : My weaknesses are:
Firstly, I can be a perfectionist, causing me to spend extra time making sure that everything has been done right.
Secondly, it is hard for me to turn down help from players when they truly need it, making me do things that I don’t have to.
Thirdly, I am always critical of myself, and try to get better even when I have finished the task successfully.
Nonetheless, I am doing my best to balance my workload and manage my time in order to get better at these things.
3 What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Answer : I think that the Admin Team can benefit from the following skills that I can offer:
Good Knowledge of the Server Rules – I have a clear understanding of the server rules and can apply them fairly.
Decision-Making – I am able to take an unbiased look at a situation and make a reasonable decision after considering all the information.
Good Communication Skills – I interact with both players and staff respectfully and professionally.
Patience and Professionalism – I stay calm when it comes to difficult situations and always treat reports impartially.
Experience in Leadership – As a member of High Command and having been a leader before, I know what responsibilities and cooperation mean.
High Activity Level – I can spend 14–16 hours online daily and handle reports effectively.
Problem-Solving – I like solving problems of the players effectively and reasonably.

4 Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
Answer : Yes. At present, I do not have any business. But, should the need arise and I have any in the future that does not meet the requirements of the Admin Team, I will sell it immediately without hesitation.
5 Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
Answer : No, I have no problems in my real life that could hinder my participation. I can devote myself to the server for 14-16 hours per day and complete my duties as an Administrator. In case of any unforeseen event, I will notify the Senior Administration ahead of time.
6 Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
Answer : I am confident that my experience, commitment, and involvement qualify me well to become an Admin Team member. Being in various High Command and leadership roles, I have managed to develop excellent skills in communication, decision making, and conflict resolution. I am always open to learning and developing myself by accepting any feedback. If chosen as a member of the Admin Team, I will continue to be involved, impartial, and committed to creating an enjoyable atmosphere for all players.
