1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
• I have experienced a lot and enjoyed a lot in RP life now its been 2 years since I first arrived to the state and was curious about what to do then step by step I have learnt to grow, make new friends like it’s become a family now and now I want to switch to admin life because I want to help the citizens and the newcomers in any difficulties and I would also get a great experience to work as a admin I would try maintain and create a smooth movement in the state and I would love to be as a Crime curator like I have been HC in all the illegal org and now as a curator I would help in every possible way to any one facing any difficulties I will give my best to resolve it.

I think I have had enough experience as a player, know I think I should start contributing to this project more by sharing my ideas and taking up more responsibility and contribute as much as I can to this project.

I bring all of my strengths to the admin team as mentioned I have great problem solving skills, I am true to my work and word, I don't lack when it comes to completing my tasks and I am punctual.

I was FIB leader, last time I was leader which is in starting of 2025 around march, I left RP after that as my irl information was leaked, I was abused via calls and was even threatened bcs I took FIB term that time, I left GRP and after few months My discord account was hacked although it did not send any message to any server, I was unbanned my community managers and discord moderators after proper checks and later was unbanned from all the servers by deputy chief admin where I also told that I will be applying for leadership still my application was not accepted, I became 3 times deputy of 3 different orgs in past 6 months, but Idk why but still I am not being given chance for any big role, I have not done anything wrong and I am proud of that, it is just that I am looking for a hope as I want to get in back to the server after 1.5 years break I took.

I have taken the appropriate actions and secured all my accounts after the interaction I have enable 2 FA on all accounts.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP life?
It has been around 3–4 years since I joined this RP project. During this time, I have gained a lot of experience as a player and have seen many of the common issues that players face. That's why I would like to join the admin team and help players resolve their problems. Over the years, I have learned from my mistakes, accepted my punishments, and improved myself. I believe I now have the experience, maturity, and knowledge needed to contribute positively to the server and its community.

I have good communication skills and I'm fluent in English. I stay patient, remain calm under pressure, and try to handle situations fairly.

Sometimes I'm too nice to people, which can make it easier for my judgment to be influenced in certain situations.

Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I've been playing Grand RP since 2024, and my RP journey has been a great experience. During this time, I've seen how admins handle reports, help players, and keep the server fair. Their work inspired me to contribute in the same way. I believe I'm ready to take on the responsibility of being an admin and give back to the community.

What are your strengths?

I stay calm under pressure, learn new things quickly, communicate respectfully, and always try to make fair decisions. I'm also willing to ask questions whenever I need guidance.

What are your weaknesses?

I'm sometimes too friendly and avoid conflicts when I should address them directly. However, I'm actively working on improving this.
