I am writing this formal statement to address the technical failure that occurred during the FamWar event (Speed Family vs. Moonlight) yesterday. I was present in the event for approximately 7–8 minutes without any issues. However, exactly when I died and was about to teleport out, my game suffered a critical crash, froze, and closed completely.
Because I use the Windows Game Bar for recording, the recording stopped automatically when the game crashed, resulting in a corrupted, black-screen video file of approximately 8 minutes and 30 seconds. I have been playing on EN1, EN2, and EN3 servers for years and have participated in countless FamWar events; this is the first time in my entire gaming history that I have encountered such a frustrating and unexpected technical failure. I attempted to explain this on the forum, but my account was unfortunately banned for "spam."
To prove my integrity and honesty, I am providing the following:
I work professionally in software development, and my PC is constantly under heavy load due to my work. This heavy system load occasionally causes stability issues, such as game crashes, especially during high-intensity moments like active combat. I would never risk my account, my reputation, or my hard-earned position as a Vagos Deputy or my plans to transition into the FIB for a cheat. I have worked too hard to build my reputation as "Tugra Coffinson" to ever jeopardize it. I am not a cheater, and I am certainly not a deceptive person.

I have absolutely nothing to hide. I am fully open to any PC checks, file inspections, or deep account investigations you deem necessary to verify my claim. The black screen is a direct result of the crash and the recording software failing to switch capture sources.
