I am writing this formal statement to address the technical failure that occurred during the FamWar event (Speed Family vs. Moonlight) yesterday. I was present in the event for approximately 7–8 minutes without any issues. However, exactly when I died and was about to teleport out, my game suffered a critical crash, froze, and closed completely.
Because I use the Windows Game Bar for recording, the recording stopped automatically when the game crashed, resulting in a corrupted, black-screen video file of approximately 8 minutes and 30 seconds. I have been playing on EN1, EN2, and EN3 servers for years and have participated in countless FamWar events; this is the first time in my entire gaming history that I have encountered such a frustrating and unexpected technical failure. I attempted to explain this on the forum, but my account was unfortunately banned for "spam."
To prove my integrity and honesty, I am providing the following:

1. The black screen video file (approx. 8:30 min).

   (Please check the duration of the video I submitted. The video is 8 minutes and 17 seconds long, which matches the approximately 7 minutes and 40 seconds I spent in the event area. The black screen occurred because my game crashed abruptly, causing the recorder to switch to the Discord window and fail to capture the visuals. This was purely a technical glitch due to the game crash, not an intentional concealment.)
   
   
2. Proof that I initiated the recording at 20:06, exactly when I entered the event area.

   (Please verify the timestamps of the proof I provided. The duration of the recording matches the exact time I started, the time I spent in the event, and the time the game crashed. The black screen is a direct result of the crash and the recording software failing to switch capture sources. I strongly recommend using a translator to review my explanation or consulting with a Turkish-speaking admin to fully understand the technical context of this issue.)
   
   
3. I strongly urge the administration to cross-reference all available footage from both the Speed Family and the Moonlight family regarding this war. You will see that everything aligns perfectly, minute by minute, confirming my presence and the timeline of events.
   

Regarding System Stability:
I work professionally in software development, and my PC is constantly under heavy load due to my work. This heavy system load occasionally causes stability issues, such as game crashes, especially during high-intensity moments like active combat. I would never risk my account, my reputation, or my hard-earned position as a Vagos Deputy or my plans to transition into the FIB for a cheat. I have worked too hard to build my reputation as "Tugra Coffinson" to ever jeopardize it. I am not a cheater, and I am certainly not a deceptive person.
Commitment to Transparency:
I have absolutely nothing to hide. I am fully open to any PC checks, file inspections, or deep account investigations you deem necessary to verify my claim. Please understand that I am devastated by this situation. I kindly ask for your professional assessment and understanding regarding this isolated technical incident. Please do not penalize me for a hardware/software crash that was completely out of my control.

I would also like to state that as soon as this happened, I immediately messaged the EN3 administrators: Rich Zain, Eray Black, and Jack Kravenov with the same evidence and an explanation of the situation, and I apologized. Following this, administrator Rich Zain replied and told me, "You will be banned for this reason; create a forum appeal." I am mentioning this because you can check the DMs of those administrators and ask them to show you the messages I sent. The evidence and the video are the same. Thank you again for your time and attention. I am Tugra Coffinson; everyone knows me, I do not lie, I never let anyone use cheats, and I never use them myself.
