2.1) I want to become national guards leader as I’m very hard-working and very discipline about my work. The most important thing in national guards is discipline. The soldier should be behave as their are a soldier. Because in the last few few term I have seen the soldiers don’t have discipline. They don’t know the main responsibilities of the soldiers. I will be make the discipline and hard-working soldiers that will be know their duties such as gate covering Amon run and many things to do.


2.2) I have seen so many terms of national guards and other organisation. They are not quite active. Active not means The members of organisation are there. They should be on duty and doing their work with respecting each other and know their responsibilities rather than just doing the other stuff.

2.3) The main reason why national guards will be discipline and working as there will be a proper management with the second highest command. I will hire different time zone deputies that will help me to know what is going on the organisation and the things which making the term inactive. I will be solve them and will be coming best of the all time of the term.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1) The one main thing that will help RP to improve is to let them know the responsibility of a soldier. Soldiers have some daily task to do such as gate covering , amon run , inspection , patrolling around the base other things .

3.2) Logs are the thing it will help to maintain the discipline and the work of proof that soldiers are doing. According to that, they will be getting promoted. Logs are very important because it will make soldiers to do the work to fill it as they will be knowing what they should do as the end of their duty. They have to fill the logs.


3.3) As I told you that I will be gonna make soldiers, hard-working, and disciplined with the help of HR department, it will be isn’t possible. This department will be have the most specific soldiers hired by me and second highest command to train the new soldiers and the existing soldiers to be discipline.

3.4) The one more thing that will help RP to improve is soldiers will do their work according to their department. If the work is distributed, according to the department, it will help more to improve the RP level of organisation and soldiers will understand their authority and their power according to the departments.

- I have been in the city for a long period of time and served a lot in the state. And now I think I can easily handle situations, because I have attended each and every event which is done by the state side.
- I have been in FIB for many terms from which I got the experience of how to lead special operations, I have led many special operations like BM raid which is done by FIB at the time when Yam Captain was the Director, because of this I know how discipline and dedication works at this type of situations, And NG is a organization which requires high discipline so that FIB experience can help me here.
- I have been in gangs as well for a very long period of time and I know how they conduct FZ raids and what is the peak time of them doing those raids. I also know what their strategy is.
- I was the leader of an Unofficial family named Yamdoots, So I have a good contact with turfers who I think will be required during FZ raids and many more other events to kill the gang members, they'll also not let the truck get stolen by the gang members by their skills.
- As I said I have been in the city for a long period of time so I have some friends who can help me throughout my term.

3.1 I will complete the weekly task before or on the time

1. I want this position because I enjoy the military environment and holding a squad together A real commander stands with their troops on the front lines and helps them succeed I will be online every day to assist my soldiers and make sure the fort runs smoothly.
2. My Main Goal is to keep Fort Zancudo busy and exciting around the clock I want to start gate guard duties and border watch Specs Ops so that there is always something to do This keeps the base secure and gives everyone a reason to stay logged in.
3. I want to build a system where hard work pays off Every single soldier will get the same chance to join special divisions and earn promotions based on their loyalty and behavior If we lift each other up our army becomes unstoppable.
4.NG trucks are getting leaked and attacked and other legal Leaders are complaining about the lack of ammunition I will secure our cargo and make sure all ammo orders are delivered on time.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.​

1. To make our roleplay better we need to act like a real defense force I will hold brief squad briefings to teach members how to address high ranking officers and how to use correct radio terms This stops people from acting out of character.
2. We can improve our skills by doing daily field operations I will set up weapon tactics , and Candy convoy security drills These exercises keep the soldier sharp and make the daily routine a lot of fun.
3. New soldiers should not wander around alone I will pair fresh recruits with experienced sergeants who can teach them how the military works This helps them learn quickly and keeps our roleplay standard high.

During my extensive time on this server, I have held important High Command roles in every major state organization, including Government, LSPD, FIB, SAHP, and the National Guard. This diverse background in law enforcement and the military has provided me with valuable insight into the state’s operations and the tactics used by illegal groups. I understand how SANG works from the ground up, and I have the proven leadership skills needed to effectively lead Fort Zancudo.
(ii). I want to lead the National Guard because it is the shield of the server's economy and security. SANG does not just patrol the streets. It secures the state’s ammunition supply lines, leads important defensive operations like the Aircraft Carrier event, and stops large coordinated criminal raids on Fort Zancudo. Managing an organization with this level of server-wide impact needs a leader with complete dedication, clear strategic thinking under pressure, and a strong understanding of server rules, all of which I offer.
(iii). So generally we need to guard the NG base both north and south gates and i will be make sure that both gates will be covered and will be attending the events with good members and will be providing our level best to the organisation by giving our efforts and will be enjoying each and performing the situations as the best. Will try to boost the activity as soon as possible and will be developing the organisation's growth as well.
3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
(i)
Playing a level military role requires people to be very strict and follow the rules. I will make sure that all new people go through a training program before they can do things on the base or use any weapons. This training will teach them how to talk on the radio the way what the codes mean, how to use the special commands like /me /do and /try, what they can and cannot do when it comes to martial law and how to keep track of things with the PDA. The people, in SANG will act like a notch military team, not just a bunch of people playing around.
(ii) Specialized Departmental Structure (Divisions):
To ensure flawless base security, logistics management and tactical superiority, I will optimize and strictly oversee the following specialized departments:

Military Police (MP): Serving as our internal affairs and base defense unit. MP will be responsible for keeping our ranks 100% professional, checking logs, auditing body cams, gate control, and zero corruption or rule breaking on base.
Human Resources (HR): The entrance to our faction. HR will conduct aggressive, high quality recruitment drives, perform comprehensive background checks, conduct interviews and administer mandatory military academy training for all new incoming cadets to ensure they are fully combat-ready.
Airforce (AF): Our premier aviation unit. The Airforce will handle all aerial recon, patrols of the airspace over Fort Zancudo, high ground air support for heavy operations, and highly coordinated rapid troop drops with helicopters during server events.
Special Forces (SF): Our premier tactical team with heavy response. * SF will be trained in the minutest detail, to maximize their tactical execution in raids on the Fort Zancudo base, hostage rescue, the Aircraft Carrier event, and to provide heavy firepower assistance to other state agencies in authorized emergencies.

A1: I want to become Leader of NG I really want to make NG better than before ever i will make them best than the all past leaders, not just by saying big words. I Will Stay Most active in NG so My Units will see and they will also help me. I Want to make my term best because by checking everytime No Favouritism. I want to make NG Best and Memorable Term With having proper NG RP Type Discipline, COC and Proper Respect.


A2: I Will Give Increase The Bonus System of covering the Sout Gates And NG Gates And Also For the Patroling. I Have Seen In Many Orgs Bonus System are low i will talk with my higherups after getting the term to increase the bonus by taking the permission from them. I Will make Sure Illegal Hiring and I will Strictly Ask For Every Hiring Bodycam So I could know what the employee rank deserve i will give the rank like after seeing which rank they deserve by their knowledege and experience. Even I Am Not Gonna Do any favouritism in NG even if my friend want to join i will make sure to take interview also there.

A3: I Will Check the logs regularly when i will be in icly so i can do promotion,demotion and take action if they did something wrong action will be taken according to the laws and regulation. I Will Create A Bond With my soldiers i will talk with them fully friendly and calmly if they did something wrong i will explain them and guide them. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

P1: Proper RP Like Make Sure They are doing their duties like Patroling, Gate Keeping,Helping in candy run etc. And Giving Bonuses And Promotion According to their activites.Most Of The Orgs Doesn't Give Bonus So Their Employee Get Bored But An Leader need To make Sure Of Everything Like Logs,Promotion,Bonuses etc.

P2: Hire Best HR Soldier they Will give a proper training who recently joined.Most Of Them orgs Directly Hire they need to make sure the soldier have basic knowledge and Proper Training like in NG in their Cars they dont have Engine Blocker So they try to stop the suspect with car ramming and for this reason most of the soldier breaks rules and they get Punishment for CR. Will tell Them Which Rules In NG they shouldn't break it.

P3: In Every Org There are the some people who just came on duty for sometime and take bodyshots to show they are active but still we couldn't confirm it by the bodyshot they are active from that to the shift end time. We Will Ask For the proper Valid Bodycam They Used IC Commands To Validate Their Bodycam.Should Ask for a Bodycam By IA most of the orgs IA will not stay active much. Leader Should Also Check the AI Department Activites if IA Department Employee is inactive leader should take action against him.

2.1 I want to become Leader of National Guard as one of the primary pillars of the legal side is NG. When NG is active and disciplined, all other legal organizations get stronger. I want to make NG a place for soldiers to feel proud to serve at or for other organizations to feel confident when NG supports them.

2.2 I Have seen many terms where good members become dishearted due to lack of recognition for their efforts. My aim is to develop an equitable system, I will host promotion Ceremony every week and that relies on activity discipline, and performance. I want all the soldiers to know that if they work hard their work is valued.


2.3 I wish to work on common issues in NG like bad gate security, low activity, inadequate training, slow candy/ammunition delivery. I won't make promises that I cant keep. I will set up the necessary duties effective High Command monitoring and effective communication with other legal entities.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 Daily Duties
Each soldier will be responsible for certain duties including gate keeping, base patrol, candy runs, etc. Various events will held, no soldier will be left without a task to perform.
3.2 Training System
New recruits will be given training in radio Communication, FZ rules/Charter formations before being handed over with important duties.
3.3 Base Security
Active gate coverage regular patrols and High Command checks during operational hours will enhance the security of Fort Zancudo.
3.4 Fair Promotions
Success will be determined by actual work and discipline. Favouritism, pressure, and an unfair promotion system will NOT be tolerated, And Strict Actions Will be taken
3.5 Candy and Ammunition
Will develop proper candy runs and ammunition support schedule to ensure assistance is delivered to each legal organization in time Which will also solve unnecessary Conflicts between State orgs regarding this issue!
3.6 Weekly Meetings

In-line meetings will be conducted every week with High Command discussing activity punishment, promotion, problem and improvement so, no one can try to do arbitrary promotions / hirings or raise other problems inside the org

  • Generally, I have been in this City for a long time and have experiences in almost all of the legal and also illegal orgs. I understood that how the Legal orgs works and have served many terms in LSPD, FIB, and SAHP also NG, That is why I decided to try my hand in leadership. I am one of the most active in legal organizations since I usually enjoy that kind of role play like store Robbery, hostage situations, etc.

  • With my legal org experience, i have enough knowledge to lead an organization, ensure smooth daily operations and maintain discipline among my units. I know how much its important to maintain a relationship with other orgs while being a leader, that's why i ensure to maintain the good relationship with every organization, especially with the government to maintain smooth operations in the city.

  • I Have seen in previous term many hardworking soldiers didn't get recognition for their work and I aim to make sure that every hardworking soldier will get recognized by conducting promotion ceremony every week.

  • the main problem in NG is not to provide Candies to Government Organizations on time, which leads to State emergencies and increase in criminal activities. I'll make sure to create a new system for a candy runs, like EMS where legal orgs have to order for the ammo run and NG will provide ammunition or candies to their warehouse directly without having any IC meeting for the candies.

  • I have also seen, NG gates are empty from last two terms and these leads to too many trespassers getting inside the NG Base and I want to solve this by creating a unique bonus system for my soldiers, which incentivise them to cover the gates and claim the bonus.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

3.1
I will make sure that all the organization members knows the basic rp rules and that they do proper rp at events like store robbery, hostage situation and more events to prevent them from getting individual,org and for them to improve their knowledge.

3.2 I will not allow favoritism regardless of friendships or reputation all members will be required to take the interview and pass the interviews. Ranks will be given based on performance in events, activity and if they have previous experience.

3.3 We will host multiple events for our members to enjoy the rp and have more fun in the organization. We will ask for their opinion and if they fell like it is boring or want to try something we will try to give them what they want. We will ask and take their opinion and change our mindset to make sure that they enjoy the RP more.

• Internal Operations, More internal exercises and training to increase realism and action.
• Parachute training for paratroopers in cooperation with the Air Force.
• Regular marksmanship training for all soldiers, organized by the infantry.

- I have served National Guard for at least of 7-8 terms , being an deputy 2 times. i have spent most of my time in NG exploring and learning new things.
- While serving my time in NG i have noticed the NG does not gets respect as much as other orgs and also they are very inactive as per some last terms , i want to change this view of NG infront of other Orgs and citizens that they should fear from our soldiers and not only get attention for Ammo run but also other orgs should feel the need of NG in events.
- I will also try my best to encourage citizens to join NG and make a safer enviroment while they are in NG so we could get as many soldiers as possible.
- As NG Leader i will make sure the warehouse of every org must be filled as soon as requested , i myself will do candy run so i can become an example for my soldiers.
- I will also maintain a rareness of high commands because every person who doesnt even have good knowledge becomes a high command in NG.

A good amount of bonus system always encourages the employees to work with dedication.
Fair promotions encourages every eemployee to learn hardwork to gain their expected rank.
Interviews should be must to get hired and to get high command rank.
Training should be provided to newly hired employees so they can work as soon as possible without any delay.

I prefer playing with the team rather than alone. In my opinion, leaders are not just those who give commands to the team but they should be there to support their team members during difficulties and guide them on the right path. I want my team members to respect me and enjoy themselves in National Guard. I have also worked with various legal organizations such as NG, FIB, LSPD, and SAHP. I have learned different things from them such as handling various situations, working as a team, and taking responsibilities.

I want make National Guard more active and better organized. Sometimes members dont have enough things to do, so I will try to make more trainings, patrols , activities for everyone. I want members enjoy their time in NG and also learn new things. I will try my best keep good communication in members and make everyone work together.

The protection of the base is one of the key roles of the National Guard, and this is something that I love about my game, RP. The raid on gangs involves a lot of teamwork and proper decisions. It is important to make sure that each and every member knows their role and what they need to do in such circumstances. By Training and teamwork, we will be able to protect our base and handle all situations well.

More trainings so members can enhance their RP and skills.

Help new members learn stuff rather than punish them.

Protect both gates at all times.

Train members on how to operate the radios during missions.

Give ranks to those that deserve it and worked hard.

Do more patrols and training scenarios for better coordination.

Listen to members’ views since every member can give useful inputs.

Maintain a friendly environment where members can have fun but still professional.

Increase the presence and reputation of National Guard amongst other organizations.

No favoritism to friends or any one else; ranks will be given to those that deserve it by their work and dedication.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I am really confident about that, I can make the 46th term of the National Guard successful and a role model for all future leaders. Here's how:
~ With my past experience in other state organizations, I know how to get work done by using people. If my curator wants something done for them, I am confident that I can satisfy them with my actions and quick thinking.
~ I want to reform the whole Hiring and Training Procedure that I dreamed of when I was a rookie. You can have a look at SAHP; they still followed my course material contents to train their rookie to become a better Law and Enforcement Officers. I got some flexibility on the 41st SAHP term, and that's what I gifted them. Now, I want to give a better gift for National Guard soldiers. I want to make an entirely new training manual for them with updated guidance. An all-in-one training manual book for the newbie soldier who wants a fresh start from scratch.
~ I can make the National Guard a non-toxic and favouritism-free organization. A place where newcomers can feel like a home, with some thrilling drill activities, I will make my soldiers close for each other. Gradually, they all will build a good brotherhood and partnership with each other.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
~ I will work to maintain a good number of active manpower in my organization.
~I will make sure that all organizations have candy when they needed.
~ I will not let my ego get in the way when it's about professional matters.
~ I will listen to and abide by my curators each and every directive and suggestion.
~ I have lawyer license also, which makes me stand out more than others. I have a good understanding of legislation; with this, I will not become a dependent or a weak leader.
~ I will split the work between my two deputies.
- My 1st deputy will take care of the field report and work. Such as: Event participation, Event Bodycam, Gatekeeping, Candyrun, Meeting with the State Delegates, Promotion Ceremony etc.
- My 2nd deputy will take care the internal affairs, regular hiring logs checkup, regular events logs checkup, maintain daily activity, regular ic logs check, taking daily reports from his immediate junior, bonus calculations, blacklistment, feedback, report me about the efficiency of each head of the department operations etc.
I will regularly take this information from them and make sure they keep following their liabilities. Still, I think being a Lt. brings desk jobs more than the field work. I think by doing this my whole term will be in good shape and make my 2 terms successful.

(2a) I want to lead the National Guard because I have a lot of experience in the National Guard and I have worked under many leaders.I have seen and understood many problems and to a large extent I have solved those problems and I have also experienced many problems so that in the coming time I can tackle them very well.Which will help the National Guard to improve its performance in the coming term.

(2b) Conflicts B/W orgs Many times our relationships with other organizations get spoiled.Which is very bad, such a National Guard, our duty is to protect the state and not to fight with other state organizations which help us.I have to work on that issues so that the conflicts that arise between us and the state organization never happen and we both can work together smoothly.

(2c) Motivation I believe that motivation helps a person to utilize his full potential.We will work to ensure that our soldiers receive motivation and encouragement so that they attend every single event so that they can utilize their bonuses and their personnel and do not face any problems and remain active and dedicated to their duty.


(3) Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

(3a) Training Our soldiers do not get proper training which creates frustration and they break many rules. So my priority would be to have the best HR system in my organization So that they get the knowledge and training they deserve.

(3b) favoritism As I have experienced, many times there is favouriteism in organisations due to which the deserving people do not get the rights they deserve. So, I want to end favouriteism so that such a leader gets his rights according to his knowledge and experience.

(3c) Bonus & events Many times our soldiers get a little bored of doing gate watching and other work, so for them sometimes we host events in our own Ng base which will be only for NG soldiers, they will participate in it, they will get prizes, they will be entertained a bit, which will create more curiosity in them to do work.

(3d) candy supplies i have seen in the term that many times the warehouse are empty due to which candy is not delivered on time and the organization have to face problems for candy so i will make a system through candy will be delivered to every organization on time so that they can focus on the other works.

(3e) Promotion & internal meeting Along with the weekly promotion ceremony, I will also be holding an internal meeting with the entire unit to take their suggestions, listen to their problems and see what more we can do to improve NG.

2.1) I have quite good knowledge and experience about Leos and also I love working in NG as it was my first organization as an Law Enforcement Officer.

2.2) I have been in NG for total 5 Terms under Generals Harvey Dent, Navjot Singh, Arrpa Tzariarr, Durgesh Naii as Colonel, Brigadier General, Assistant General.

2.3) I like attending events like FZ raids, AirCraft Carrier (ACC), Bank Protection, Subs, Hostage Situations with the other state organizations.

2.4) I know very well about the work and role of a leader as I have closely seen it while being a Deputy Leader of EMS.

2.5) I will provide good amount of bounces, giveaways and host an promotion ceremony every week with a motivational speech to my employees.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1) I will make sure both North and South Gates should be covered 24/7 and regular patrolling specially keeping an eye near parachutes and the trunks in the NG Base.

3.2) I will make sure being very alert at the peak time of possible FZ raid to protect the NG Base from Robbery and also should be a part of all other events with good number of units.

3.3) I will make sure that NG should be quick responsive to the Departments and Global Calls and always be ready to provide a helping hand to other state organizations.

3.4) I will be very careful and responsible for providing candies to the other state organizations as soon as possible after the orders.

3.5) I will make sure that my HR Team should be well experienced and have great knowledge about NG and RP as well for providing better guidance and understanding to new employees.

3.6) I will make calm and friendly environment in NG and good relationships with the other state organizations.

3.7) I will make sure my high commands and employees should be friendly and professional to improve RP experience.

3.8) I think most important thing as being leader is to provide role clarity to his employees on the basis of their department.

(A)
I believe that I have gained enough experience over time to take a leadership role in an organization. Being part of many organizations I have learned that how to manage large Units, maintain strong relationships, and handle difficult situations, including threats and internal challenges. Serving as the Assistant General of the Army, a role equivalent to the Directorate General, has given me a deeper knowledge of how systems works and how to manage responsibilities at a higher level. Because of this, I’m confident in my ability that I can lead National Guard properly.

(B) From my experience as a former member of the National Guard, I have also seen several issues that need to be solved. For example, delays in bonus distribution often causes lack of interest among soldiers, arbitrary hiring within the HRT department, which leads to unprofessionalism. Proper background checks by the Military Police are sometimes lacking, and there are shortages of soldiers during ammo runs. Additionally, the south and north, are not adequately covered. These are just a few of the challenges, but they are important ones. If I get a chance then I will solve this problems.

(C) Another concern is that the National Guard hasn’t been as active in the city as it should be. This lack of activity directly affects the ammunition supply system, which is critical for all law enforcement agencies. Ensuring that every organization receives proper candy would be one of my key priorities.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

(A)
My first advice is to remove Arbitary Hiring and to introduce some strict rules while hiring. While appointing or promoting someone only his activeness is seen but according to a security guard will be a security guard no matter how much time he works the main point here is how much he knows about the organization and the state.

(B) A organization does not only runs with a leader or deputy leader the person who makes the term active is the soldiers and other employee thats why we have to hold thier interest in the organization and for that bonus a very important factor. That's why I think by giving regular bonus we can improve the RolePlay level in organization.

(C) In Organization lack of RolePlay is seen due to lack of knowledge that if a got a chance to lead Naional Guard then I will conduct weekly classes on legislation and other rules which will be done by HRT and SOF respectively.

(D) I think weekly meeting can also improve the level of RolePlay in organization. By conducting weekly meeting we can solve he problems of soldiers and teach them which is wrong and which is right.

(E) Giving punishment and action according to the labour code can improve the RolePlay level in organization. For that I will appoint the head of HRT and MP who has good knowledge about Labour Code.
