Hello Admin,
I would like to report SAHP Officer Durgesh Nai (ID: 147237) for possible abuse of power, corruption, and targeted behavior.
I joined SAHP yesterday and I am still learning the faction procedures. Today, the officer questioned me, and because I am new, I was unable to answer everything correctly. Instead of guiding me, giving me a warning, or following proper procedures, he arrested me and I received 80 minutes of jail time.
I also believe I am being unfairly targeted by this officer based on how I was treated during the incident.
Additionally, there were bench trials available, but the officer did not take me there. Instead, he took me directly to jail without following the proper process. If faction rules require a bench trial before jailing in this situation, I believe this may constitute misconduct or corruption.
I have video recordings and screenshots of the entire incident and can provide them as evidence.
I respectfully request that the administration review the evidence, verify whether the correct procedures were followed, and determine whether any server rules or faction policies were violated.
