Approved GR 3.3 + RDM + UB Demand + Fail RP + UB Driving + CR | 180441 + 179560

As shown in my POV, while I was working as a Collector, players ID 179560 and 180441 began ramming my vehicle, violating the CR rule. While I was attempting to continue my route, they repeatedly engaged in UB Driving, driving off mountains and off the side of the road multiple times. Later, player 180441 ordered me to stop within the city limits, which constitutes Fail RP. Shortly afterward, player 179560 exited the vehicle and began speaking in another language, clearly violating GR 3.3. Following this interaction, he opened fire on me without issuing any demand, which is a violation of the RDM rule. Based on the evidence provided in my POV, I request that both players receive the appropriate punishment for their rule violations.
