The player with ID 146356 insulted me.

I simply said, "I'm in front of the hospital, come to the arena."

The player replied, "Come on, dog," which is an insult.

The violation is clearly visible in the attached video.

Such a brief POV is unacceptable, and how can we know that you didn't provoke the person yourself before this incident?

This person provoked me on numerous occasions and attacked me even though I had changed my clothes. Prior to this incident and even before that by provoking me, this person caused me to breach Rule 3.1.

This pov is literally unacceptable. Because its editted as you can see its 2-3 seconds and its not enough evidince. We don't know whether he provoked him and then create a pov to make him look guilty. If it were a full video of pov then we would know who was guilty and who wasnt.
