Hello,

The player with ID 164197 insulted me.

I got into the player's vehicle, and the player said, "Don't you have money to rent a car, dog?"

This is a direct insult and is clearly visible in the attached video.

Violation: GR 3.1

Evidence: Video attached.

Please have this report reviewed by a Turkish administrator if possible, as the insult was made in Turkish.
