- I have been playing this project since 2022 and I have completed almost 3.5 years in this project. I have experienced almost everything from legal to illegal in Grand RP, with this experience, I want to continue my journey helping others as an admin. It has been around 3–4 years since I joined this RP project. During this time, I have gained a lot of experience as a player and have seen many of the common issues that players face. That's why I would like to join the admin team and help players resolve their problems. Over the years, I have learned from my mistakes, accepted my punishments, and improved myself. I believe I now have the experience, maturity, and knowledge needed to contribute positively to the server and its community.

I have good communication skills and I'm fluent in English. I stay patient, remain calm under pressure, and try to handle situations fairly.

1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

- I has been playing on EN2 for a long time and most of my time has been in SAHP and LSPD. I learnt server rules, proper RP. When new players joined SAHP or LSPD, I usually answer their questions and explained basic about department every rules if they were confused and I enjoy solving problems. Now I want to contribute by helping players and supporting the server as admin instead of only playing RP.

2.What are your strengths?

- I think one is patience. In departments there were many situations where players argue or made mistake, but I always try to understand both sides before reacting. I learn quickly. Whenever my seniors corrected me, I always tried to learn from it instead of repeating the same mistake. I don't know everything, but I always try to improve.

3.What are your weaknesses?

- Sometimes I spent too much time to make everyone happy before making any decision. Earlier I found it difficult to say no, but after working in Org. I learnt that rules should come before personal friendships. I still work on becoming more confident while making decisions.

4.What skills can you bring to the admin team?

My experience is in state organizations teach me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate with players respectfully and follow procedures instead of emotions. Working in state organizations teach me that every decision should be based on facts and evidence and not assumptions or personal opinions. I believe these are the useful skills for an admin because every report should be handled fairly.

- Currently I don't own any business. However, if I purchase one before my selection, I will have no problem selling it and following the server rules.
