1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I has been playing on EN2 for a long time and most of my time has been in SAHP, LSPD, Marabunta,Ballas and Bloods. I learnt rules, doing proper RP. When new players joined any of these I usually helped and explained basic rules if they were confused and I enjoy solving problems . Now I want to continue that by helping players and supporting the server as admin.

2.What are your strengths?
I think one is quick thinking and productive thinking with accurate response to a proper RP situation. In these orgs there were many situations where people tend to make mistakes and dont acknowledge them, but I always understood both sides before moving to any judgement. I learn quickly. Whenever my seniors taught anything to me, I always tried to learn from it.

3.What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I spent too much time to make a judgement. Earlier it was difficult to say no, but after working in these orgs I learnt that rules should be respected.

4.What skills can you bring to the admin team?
My experience in state and crime organizations teach me how to be calm in any moment, communicate with peoples respectfully and follow procedures. Working in organizations teach me that every decision should be based on facts and evidence and nothing else.

I spent pretty much time in many organisation such as SAHP, LSPD , NG and GOV and i learnt pretty much about Server Rules . Now i want to help server by becoming server admin and i usually enjoy moderating .
