- I want to become an admin because I enjoy helping the community and making RP fair and enjoyable for everyone. I have been playing roleplay for 8 years on RAGE:MP and FiveM, including 1 year of experience as a FiveM server admin, so I understand both the player and staff perspective.

- My strengths are staying calm under pressure, being fair in every situation, and making unbiased decisions. With 8 years of RP experience and 1 year as a FiveM admin, I can handle reports, resolve conflicts, and communicate professionally.

Having reached Level 22 in the city, I’ve experienced a lot of what Grand RP has to offer. Now, I want to step up and give back to the community by helping maintain a fair, high-quality roleplay environment for everyone. I enjoy helping new players learn the ropes and ensuring that server rules are respected. I want to use my experience to handle player tickets efficiently, resolve conflicts fairly, and support the staff team in keeping the city fun and active.

2. What are your strengths?
I am very patient and a calm communicator, which helps a lot when de-escalating stressful or toxic situations. I have a strong understanding of the server rules and always try to look at situations from a neutral, unbiased perspective before making any decisions.

Sometimes I can be a bit too detail-oriented. When looking into a dispute or rulebreak, I tend to double-check every piece of evidence to ensure I don't make a mistake. 1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I has been playing on EN2 for a long time and most of my time has been in SAHP, LSPD, Marabunta,Ballas and Bloods. I learnt rules, doing proper RP. When new players joined any of these I usually helped and explained basic rules if they were confused and I enjoy solving problems . Now I want to continue that by helping players and supporting the server as admin.

2.What are your strengths?
I think one is quick thinking and productive thinking with accurate response to a proper RP situation. In these orgs there were many situations where people tend to make mistakes and dont acknowledge them, but I always understood both sides before moving to any judgement. I learn quickly. Whenever my seniors taught anything to me, I always tried to learn from it.

3.What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I spent too much time to make a judgement. Earlier it was difficult to say no, but after working in these orgs I learnt that rules should be respected.

4.What skills can you bring to the admin team?
My experience in state and crime organizations teach me how to be calm in any moment, communicate with peoples respectfully and follow procedures. Working in organizations teach me that every decision should be based on facts and evidence and nothing else.
