Proof 1: here you can see that i submitted motion before the deadline where SCJ rick james ID 86177 reviewed it in one minute and rejected it after submitting it.

Proof 2: the minor error that he is speaking of was in the subpoena where they requested bodycam of 21/07/2026 but the situation happend at 20/07/2026. So he texted "there is no ground to dismiss it for minor error"

Proof 3: so here he sended that i commited a violation for dishonoring judicial position but IRB is not swearing word nor harmfull only to the person where the IRB is directed to also everything that ocured from me and lspd was legal

To clarify, Court Submissions are an IC channel, and the DOJ chat is also an IC channel.

This allegation is incorrect. You claim that I committed Metagaming by reviewing the documents, yet you have provided no evidence whatsoever that I ever opened or reviewed those documents. My only statement in the DOJ IC chat was informing SCJ Rick James that the deadline for the subpoena had already expired. That information was communicated entirely through an IC channel and does not constitute MG. Simply assuming that I reviewed the documents without any proof is not evidence of a rule break.
And the fact that Rick James replied with "exactly" does not prove MG or establish that I accessed any court submission. Your accusation is based purely on speculation rather than factual evidence.

Furthermore, in your own proof 2nd picture, you are referring to the channels as "IC." By doing so, you are yourself mixing IC and OOC concepts while simultaneously accusing others of Metagaming.
If your argument is that the DOJ chat and Court Submissions are IC, then your own explanation relies on OOC reasoning to interpret IC actions.
