I went to the hourly Fooli crate and saw the suspect shooting another player. I did not shoot or engage him. I waited because I expected him to give me a demand before opening fire. Instead, he immediately shot and killed me without giving any warning or demand. The incident happened outside the Ghetto, which violates rule 6.15.
