2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

2.1 I want FIB to start with information, evidence and planning not random action. Agents will investigate suspects, link crimes together and build sound cases leading to significant arrests.

2.2 All departments and members of the High Command will have specified roles. Regularly, performance will be assessed and employee(s) who arent doing their job or who are not active will be replaced rather than being kept in place for the sake of keeping the status.

2.3 FIB should not be a duplication of any other patrol organisation. I will concentrate on federal investigations, organized crime, corruption crimes, threats and intelligence activities. Rather than working as other LEO organizations I will focus on evidences and arrest bigger criminals and threats to state along with other lower level criminals.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 FIB will take on the role of investigating criminal networks as a whole rather than just individual suspects. Agencies will link evidence, vehicles, locations and known associates prior to taking action.
3.2 High Command will hold brief intelligence sessions for agents to receive actual information on current threats, wanted suspects and investigations.
3.3 An independent and trusted body will deal with cases of serious corruption, evidence manipulation, and misuse of power by a government official or police officer.
3.4 Agents will be selected for their particular talents in areas of investigation, undercover work, negotiation, intelligence or tactical operations. This will provide a role for each member that is meaningful.
3.5 After Major Cases and Evidence FIB Will identify and review evidence and on the bases of that FIB will conduct raids Which Will increase rp level on next level.

Conclusion
Overall If I get the term, I will work with full honesty, dignity and hardwork to run the org. And I believe, after these efforts, I will be able to make the best FIB term ever existed.

2.1 I had experienced State RP for 2 years, serving in many different org's in many terms from Rookie to HC of all organizations and Deputy of many orgs as well. I had joined FIB as junior agent and worked hard to reach Assistant Director.

2.2 FIB is federal institution of San Andreas that posses immense power and responsibility which makes it very important Organization and to handle it you need Immense experience of State Org's which I posses, also as I had been a lawyer in state before it gives me a upper-hand while managing the Organization and issues.

2.3 FIB is very respected Organization and that brings the Responsibility to Director of FIB to cater all the other LEO organizations and work together with Government to enforce the Law and regulate it. I had been in many different terms under many different leaders, So i understand how to Cater all the State Org's


3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1 As I stated above, catering LEO org's and working in compliance with Gov is essential part of FIB regulation. Recently there were many incidents of FIB having issues with Government and other State org's. I will make sure not to do it and make good relations with them.

3.2 As I have good Track record of being Polite in department radio and Physical discussions or meetings, I can assure you that i will make sure that My Agents behave politely to everyone rather than arguing with them.

3.3 I will start daily discipline and Law session for my agents, So they do not miss out on any law or discipline standard. I will personally look into it that all of my agents follow my guidelines of Discipline.

3.4 I will not be giving false promises of fair Promotion, I will enforce it on ground. I will make a personal Log where i will put their weekly activity and their discipline and according to their point system they will get promotion.

3.5 I will introduce new events for my agents which can release their workload and boost their energy to attend more and more events.

3.6 I will make different teams and will assign them some tasks, which will increase competitiveness in Org and the team that complete their task first will receive Surprise and all the team members of that team will get roles of the Elite unit which will seek attention of other agents to do well.

3.7 I will assign departments head position to those who would have experienced FIB very well. I will personally look into the Performance of Department heads and will keep eye on them.

3.8 I will make a team especially to handle Gang raid and Black market raid from Front together with Deputy Director and Team of best agents.

3.9 I will do events in collaboration with other state organizations to increase team spirit among my agents and to increase Mutual relations with other state org's.

3.10 I will be training my agents to be future ready for every problem they face, I will train them about how to have a mutually beneficial conversation with other state org's and how to handle state meetings.

3.11 Directors holds the responsibility of making FIB term better, he should be blamed if the organization does not regulate very well, I will make sure I accomplish my task as Director and set a statement for others to be active as well .

3.12 For every leader attending events is what matters the most but I will give equal attention to Patrolling and other important tasks will focus on DEA as well. Not only events but ground presence of an Org is also important

3.13 An org does not become best just cause of activity but by the relations and bond of the organization's members who are the foundation stone of every Org. An org where different ideologies collide and different viewpoints occur. I will give central stage to every ideology and Viewpoint. I will show how an org can be best, if not a bit Better.

2.1 PROFESSIONALISM. The FIB is supposed to be the leading Law Enforcement Organisation and should be held to the highest standards for training and the conduct of their duties. My goal is to bring back the pride in FIB and the necessary high standards of training and professionalism that FIB needs to be the leading Law Enforcement Organisation in the State. It should not be based on the fact we are the FIB, we should also act like the FIB! Disciplinary Actions must be taken where necessary and the Director should not show favourism where these actions are lawful and reasonable according to the Law and the FIB Charter.

2.2 ACADEMY. The need for high quality training has always been needed to do the complicated job of being a Law Enforcement Officer. Having clear and brief instruction manuals prepared to deal with specific problems or procedures and how our Agents can best deal with them .I will have a good team of Federal Academy Instructors which will include myself and HODs from different departments to provide all our units new and experienced ones a new type of knowledge which will help them in the field to perform their work.

2.3 HIRING POLICY AND TRAINING. New Manuals and Policies on how interviews should be taken are needed and Agents need to be properly evaluated for their knowledge and skills rather than being simply given a Rank because they previously had that Rank. Training must be given by people who are qualified to give that training and my highly qualified Deputies and myslef will train them personally to set high standards from the beginning of the term. I want to include proper department use and proper radio code use for my units as people dont use them correctly most of the time and that just ruins the rp, therefore I will take it in my hands with my HR team to train units on this.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1 Radio Codes and APB. Bringing back greater professionalism through the proper use of the Radio Codes, Department Radio and introducing All Points Bulletin (APB) Alerts on the Department to inform the other Law Enforcement Organisations on Situations, Suspects or Vehicles that all Law Enforcement Officers could be on the lookout for.

3.2 Better Knowledge of the Law. If most of the Law Enforcement Officers would know the law properly then the legal organisation interaction with Citizens would make the RP much more enjoyable for both sides as being more realistic and where the Citizen knows that, if they have done nothing wrong, they should not overreact to the situation or escalate the situation. Having my agents trained in critical parts of the law and to clearly interact with a 10-15 will help me achieve this goal for the betterment of the city.

3.3 Better Communication with the 10-15 and Citizens while Interacting. Currently there are many situations where LEOs fail to have proper, professional and clear communication that is needed with the 10-15s during investigations, Detention and/or Arrest or any other basic procedures taken by the Law Enforcement. This is why a basic traffic stop turns into a 10-10 situation without any acceptable cause.
