Life Story: Born and raised in the United Kingdom, Richard always wanted more out of life. He strives to earn money and build a reputation. He enlisted into the Los Santos National Guard after moving there to find a new life away from England. He had a good upbringing with his mother being his main parent and father not in the scene a lot. When he flew to Los Santos he persuaded his wife Willie Stroker to move there too. No real troubles happened in Richard's life but upon arrival to LS, he discovered that he could be and do whatever he wanted in this land of opportunity. Richard is majorly interested in Technology and has electronics qualifications that he uses to build projects.
Career Story: Richard jumped on a bus in Los Santos and got talking with the Driver, he mentioned that the National Guard was hiring and a great place to work. So the driver kindly dropped him off at the NG North Gate where he met with General Papa Valeri and got himself a job serving the state. The people were great and the money wasn't half bad. He convinced his Wife and Friend, Willie Stroker and Tyrell Johnson to move to Los Santos and got them jobs here too. He worked his way up the ranks fairly quickly and made friends along the way with the likes of Evangelia Papakosta who went on to take over from General Valeri when he decided to take a career change. Serving as the deputy of the National Guard for Eva for a long time, Richard was eventually appointed General to which he was re-assigned not long after and instead joined the LSPD to gain some knowledge of the inner workings of Law Enforcement. Richard became the deputy Chief of PD after not long there either, proving his ability to be a great leader. Furthermore he moved on to FIB where he was a 00 agent before being requested back to NG by General Drake Krown where Richard Remained again until his next appointment as General.
Richard was the General for 2 consecutive and excellent terms when after this the Army appointed a new General to the National Guard at San Andreas.
Richard had returned to FIB and had his own department. Working to serve the state once again, putting his experience to good use.
Now, Richard has been appointed as Deputy Governor but is still looking to secure his side hustle. Driven by Money, he is excited to be here and wishes to put his powers to good use!
Outcomes:
1. Richard can be heavy handed with his detainees. He may decide to inflict some pain upon them or even dispose of them somewhere if they annoyed him. He takes no discrepancies and will act in a way to show discipline to anyone he decides he doesn't like.
2. Richard can destroy bodycams belonging to anyone he either detains or decides he wants to show some discipline to. He will use /try to find the bodycam and then /me to destroy it.
3. Richard will partake in illegal activities with his family as he is always looking for ways to earn extra money. If this means he will steal some cash or rob a person for their belongings, he will do so.
4. Richard will keep an illegal amount of ammo and guns on his person and in his vehicle and will not hesitate to use illegal weapons if he has them.
5. Richard can and will sell anything he finds (except things that belong to the organization) on the black market belonging to anyone else or that he picks up from the floor after a shootout. His drive is always money.
6. Richard may use drugs occasionally and might drink whilst on duty. Depending on his mood or whether he feels he needs a "pick-me-up".
7. Richard may lie to his boss about what is going on to protect himself, family and especially his wife.
8. Richard will always act in the best interests of his beloved Wife. He will always protect her and save her from trouble by any means necessary.

Meaning he will use them to go offroading but is mindful that repairs to suspension are expensive and will not drive them erratically. Further to this, he will use the organization's fleet of vehicles to do the same but be more heavy handed with them as they are not his problem when they break. Off-roading in a 4WD or AWD car is what he enjoys most, especially the ones that are designed for it. (No non-RP driving will be involved)
