No MG, No Fear RP, No CR (you got hit once when in the middle of the road), all I see here is you metagaming, which is a different metagaming than the second situation, which you got punished for. So I believe from this POV, of you calling your friends down to rob me in discord, is metagaming, and you should all be punished for it

The reason why there were already FIB at the scene, was because all agents had been made aware of the sting operation, and an UC agent spotted me being robbed, they were prepared to fire as soon as I was out of danger

Don't see any rulebreaks from FIB side, player listened to all your demands, maybe give him one demand at a time if you want him to be faster instead of giving him multiple and searching him multiple times.
