This Player ID: 7677 violated the rules of the game "Gen Rule 3.1" by insulting me by saying "Suck my Dick" and "Bitch" in blackmarket after he killed me without a sufficient roleplay reason.

- I have already checked the "Rules of Communication Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited |Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days." before this report.
