Hi there,

In this topic, we have compiled a list of possible problems most often encountered by players. Click on the name of the problem.

1. Problems with VoiceChat / Error "VoiceChat has timed out".
2. Problem: "Untrusted system file" / Problem with the file "libcef.dll".
3. Problem: "Easy Anti-Cheat is not installed".
4. Problem: Game freezes on a black screen after launching.
5. Problem: Launch single game.
6. Problem: Error "Could not access game process. Shutdown Steam/RGS/EGS and try again".
7. Problems with uploading pictures of items.
8. Problem: Disconnecting from the server when opening the animation's menu.

[-] Problems with VoiceChat / Error "VoiceChat has timed out".

1. Increase the VoiceChat radius. [F12 key by default]
2. Set the settings as shown in the screenshot below.

If that doesn't work:
3. You need to quit the game.
4. Check Windows privacy settings. [Windows Settings -> Privacy -> Microphone | RAGE Multiplayer Launcher must have access to the microphone]
5. Launch Grand Launcher / RAGE:MP and go to the settings.
6. Select your microphone as shown in the screenshot. [Input device -> Select the device labeled "- Input" or "- default"]

[-] Problem: "Untrusted system file" / Problem with the file "libcef.dll".

1. Restart your computer.
2. Disable Windows Defender. [or any other anti-virus]
3. Download the file libcef.dll. (Download)
4. Move this file to the path indicated in the error. [Usually it's: GrandRP Launcher -> RAGEMP -> CEF]

1. Disable Windows Defender. [or any other anti-virus]
2. Launch STEAM and download game "Brawlhalla".
3. After downloading the game Brawlhalla run it.

1. Disable programs with the OverLay function.

2. Launch Windows Task Manager. [Ctrl + Alt + Delete]
3. Complete the processes: Rockstar Game Launcher, RAGE:MP, GTA5.exe. [If they are in the list of processes]
4. Launch Grand Launcher / RAGE:MP again.

If that doesn't work:
5. Launch single-player game.
6. Go to the graphics settings and set them to LOW.

1. Install Visual C++ Visual Studio 2010. (Download)
2. Install Visual C++ Visual Studio 2013. (Download)
3. Install Visual C++ Visual Studio 2015. (Download)
4. Disable Windows Defender. [or any other anti-virus]

2nd choice of solution:
5. Disable Windows Defender. [or any other anti-virus]
6. Reinstall Grand Launcher / RAGE:MP.
7. Make sure that the game has not been modified in any way.
8. Check the integrity of the GTA 5 game files. [Via STEAM / Epic Games / Rockstar Game Launcher]
9. Complete the prologue in the single-player game. (Mission at the beginning of the game)

If that doesn't work:
10. Delete all Rockstar Game Launcher files. [On the system drive too]
11. Delete all Social Club files. [On the system drive too]
12. Delete all the files GTA V. [In the folder "Documents" also]
13. Install the game from scratch.

[-] Problem: Error "Could not access game process. Shutdown Steam/RGS/EGS and try again".

1. Disable Windows Defender. [or any other anti-virus]
2. Launch Windows Task Manager. [Ctrl + Alt + Delete]
3. Complete the processes: STEAM, Rockstar Game Service, Epic Games Store, GTA5.exe.
4. Launch Grand Launcher / RAGE:MP as an administrator.

[-] Problems with uploading pictures of items.

This problem occurs when your ISP cannot download images from our servers. As a rule, the ISP itself blocks the download threads.

1st choice of solution:
1. This problem usually resolves itself.
2. Wait a few hours. [~ 5 hours]

2nd choice of solution:
3. Unplug the router for 10-15 minutes. [This will cause the ISP to reset the session]
3. Restart your computer.
4. Launch Grand Launcher / RAGE:MP as an administrator.

If that doesn't work:
5. Disable Windows Defender. [or any other anti-virus]
6. Launch the VPN before logging on to the server.
7. After logging on to the server - disable VPN.
- You will be reconnected to the server, this is normal.

[-] Problem: Disconnecting from the server when opening the animation's menu.

The reason for this problem is that GIF animations are loaded in packs of 10-20 pieces and this can cause an increase in ping and disconnection from the server.

1. Open the animations menu. [G Key]
2. Click "Disable animated preview".
