There was no UB demand, he gave me demands then I was leave the area. After a while, I was returned there and killed him thats it.

First he blocked my way and rammed my car, second he stop my car engine without any demands while their was no rp situation occured and thirdly he killed me without any warning.

Its not a fear rp. You had no 3 people to aim on me at that point. If you had 3 people and aim one me to gave demand then its fear RP.
