we didnt indentify him by PDA he tried running we tazed him and found out his name then arrested him no PDA info can even be used for this situation

first of all when you came there we gave you demands to come out then you tryed to run so we tazed you with demands (POV whioch will be provided) and when i took ur id/passport out of ur pocket we found ur name and know you are wanted so there was no OOC info used for finding that u were wanted

you see ID -101131 he Is saying 5 seconds to get out of vehicle but he takes the car away and try to run so he cannot hear the sound of him saying it
