74585 did the same thing to me about an hour ago outside NG, no demands, just shot then tried to arrest me

So I have been placed in demorgan and been given a warning by Syndra Pluxury. After asking why and explaining I had a router restart. and how my POV doesn't work. There is no proof of why I'm in here and the only answer I have been given is "we can't do anything"
