everything is as seen from my perspective 1.warning I pick up the guy and give him demand many times he doesn't listen he keeps moving 2.warning then he uses a skill of the game as if nothing happened and runs away laughing

This guy ran into the green zone first, the admin didn't see it, so I shared it and eventually she left the game and made fun of us, I don't know if she was penalized for running away from the game.
