Firstly, forum is not mine. It is completely different player's report. As the second, it is clear that 2nd guy got punishment for General Rules 6.15., but on mine report, he does not get any punishment for shooting outside ghetto zone. Can I get clarification for that?

Why is there no punishment for ID 251653? I was in city and I was not in borders of red zone. Because I think there is no kind of unscripted red zone. Why there is no punishment for him doing shooting in city or RDM? It is pretty obvious in my POV that I was already in city borders, not ghetto...
