That guy always use his helicopter to access roofs, and enter buildings to refuse giving debts. I told admin Jack West he asked for ID and I gave his ID but Jack did nothing then Carlo West said anyone can sleep in car, he can clearly see that he is using helicopter but saying its a car.

The map was showing the route through the hq, thats why i choose that route. My intension was not to visit the hq. As the map was showing that route it is a IC reason so i dont think ghetto rule 1.3 is applicable on me.
