Again i was placed in demorgan by Sanov for Provoking which is an IC issue which is literally in the penal code 3.18

I was sent to demorgan and given a warning for what should be all an IC issue as is stated in the literal penal code for the state PC 3.18. While i believe punishment for this may be needed, i think it should all be kept IC as this is where i think it belongs.

This is all an IC issue, as it is literally stated in the penal code. PC 3.18. Respectfully it is not my issue if they cannot catch me. but just because of this i dont see why i should be OOC punished for an IC issue.
