true and marabunta been lacking lately. yesterday i reported a marabunta member for shooting out of hq and he got punished

He clearly ran out then got shot then he ran back in and shot from hq, thats more than enough proof

I was leaving were id 1103 shot me before i even got time to leave I really dont know how this rule works but i put it in just in case.

We were having a shootout with these guys when they decided to break the rules. I shot the guy by an accident for self defense because i didnt want too die but i stopped shooting right away as you can see. I tried too run to not break any rules myself.
