I got banned for contact me on discord by Kevin Balenciaga and it has been 18 days since I contacted him still I am banned its been almost half month I cannot log into the game and I dont even know the reason of my ban please check this and I request to unban my account.

It has been more than 8 days since I got a ban for contact admin , I contact Kevin Balenciaga when I got the ban but still my account is banned for contact administrator so can I get to know whats the reason of my ban.
